[He suddenly stops laughing when she begins to talk. His expression darkness fiercely as he tilts his head to the side. Those dark locks of his fall away from his eyes as a slow grin spreads across his lips.]

What they're saying. What are they saying? What are they telling me? Oh, I know.

[A pause as he starts laughing again.]

To kill... Kill you and go find him. Kill you and go find Elliot. My Elly, Elly... Elliot. He's mine. He belongs to me. I have to go find him. My most cherished Elliot!

[He practically snarls but then calms back down again a moment or two later. Kind of.]

They said he was dead. They said it. Those other doctors said he was. They said I killed him! But he's not. He's not dead. I didn't kill him. He's still alive. Alive and waiting for me. I have to go find him. Find him before someone hurts him. Find him before someone takes him away from me.
