Alistair has not always been a god, he was a human who then became a terribly damaged vampire and now he is possibly the worst god ever. He really wishes that he didn't have to care about the whole having believers thing because he hates people, but here's where it gets really funny (from any perspective other than Alistair's): He needs believers to not go absolutely mental. What was once his need for blood to stay sane-ish (let's be real here, he's never entirely okay)is now a need for at least someone to be a devotee of his.

He really, really wishes that the prick who did this to him wasn't an immortal. ]

[Discord might be having a swell time as a god, but for those entities stuck kickin' it below the clouds, things aren't looking so hot. The Candy Kingdom is in, well, chaos!

At first, PB had thought it was just science. Nothing too unusual; water turning into fruit punch, the land sprouting explosive rubber ducks, animals merging to form hideous abominations with too many limbs and extra rows of teeth on their paws. But it only grew progressively more dangerous for the average candy person, and when no scientific explanation was forthcoming, a hero had been chosen for a quest to learn the truth.

And now, a human boy - a noodle of an adolescent, really - has come before Discord's throne, somewhat worse for the wear. But once he finishes catching his breath, he straightens his shoulders and points his sword up at the... weird horned thing, calling out an a truly fearsome challenge. Really.]

[Subconsciously, musicians suddenly find themselves drawn to purple and green. He's still a manipulator too, after all. His hypnotic singing is all the more powerful. [Kanji's not entirely sure what has happened. All he can decently remember was a blur, a rush of power that could be compared to sensing Take-Mikazuchi's transformation - in the same way a puddle could be compared to a sea.

But here he is, anyway. His head spinning, his perspective - strange, seeing more than he had before. No, not quite seeing, but faintly knowing of a million viewpoints and voices... a finely woven tapestry all around him, his to work with in a way he can't quite understand yet. He knows what he is, deeply, intimately. Fledgling god of craftsmen, of those who take true pride in who they are and what they create. He just can't quite believe it, in the lately-mortal side of his mind.
