1. proposal {
1. park - you've been planning this proposal for awhile and have taken your sweetheart to a nice secluded area in the park. are they going to say yes or leave you in the dust?

2. house - dimmed lights, candles, home made dinner. it's obvious you've fixed yourself up for something tonight. let's see if your lover catches on before the question is popped.

3. public event - perhaps you're one who wants to gain a lot of attention; maybe your significant other doesn't as much. either way, this goes from writing their message in the sky with an airplane to something like a flash mob ensemble with others involved.

4. restaurant - nothing romantic like taking them out somewhere ritzy and hiding the rings in that glass of expensive wine.

5. car - you've driven them somewhere nostalgic or meaningful either to you or each other, or perhaps just a good view overlooking the city cause maybe you had no other idea how to do it or couldn't afford anything else.

2. marriage {
1. traditional - both parties have agreed and said yes, and everything goes well just like in the fairy tales you've always dreamed of.

2. arranged - you had no say so in this but somebody else like your parents did. you've never seen this person before until you walk down the aisle. what are your thoughts? are you nervous? what if you two don't get along? looks like you have to deal with it either way. enjoy?

3. elope - nothing fancy. you know, they do make drive thru chapels or perhaps you're just going to experience the excitement of meeting up at the court. all and all, it doesn't matter, just so you have your sweetheart to yourself.

4. shotgun - congrats, somebody is pregnant. there's only one more thing left to do now..

5. disaster - looks like somebody forgot the rings! never mind the fact the maid of honor is having a wardrobe malfunction or that soon to be father in law is causing a scene of some sort.

3. after marriage {
1. honeymoon night - self explanatory! come on, you know what this means. it just wouldn't be the same without this option.

2. new addition - it could be a pregnancy or bringing home a new child, or something as simple as a new pet goldfish.

3. house purchase - after months of living in a trashy apartment, you're both about to sign the dotted line and move into your new place.

4. argument - deep, relationship sort of arguments or something petty like who drank all the milk; it's up to you!

5. divorce - somebody has had enough of this and is ready to move on. how will it all go down?

"We're in Lawrence, Kansas! Dean, what am I supposed to do!?" He yelled, pressing his face into his hands. "I don't want to leave." He whispered, shoulders slumping. "I...I won't leave. We're both off work today. What do you want to do?" He couldn't look at Dean. His chest hurt, clenching tightly.

"I...I don't know," he whispered, looking ashamed for making Sam so upset. This might be a dream, but everything felt so damn real. "Maybe the witch did something....like this is an alternate reality or something. If I can find a way to get back to my world, maybe then you'll get your brother/husband guy back and everything will be ok," he smiled hopefully.

He didn't know what to say. He looked down at the backpack, picking it up and carefully dropping it back in the closet. "Yeah. We can...you can try to find your way back." He mumbled softly before sitting on the edge of the bed. "And what if you can't get back...if thats what happened? Do I just..." He didn't want to think about this, but he knew he had to. "If you're /stuck/ here...you'll just leave me."

Dean froze, looking almost horrified by Sam's question. "We've always been close Sammy. In my memory I've raised you since you were a kid and we're....ok more than a little co-dependent. In this world apparently we're married," he shook his head, still having not wrapped his head around that. "Point is we're family, I'm not goin anywhere."

"It won't be the same. You've already made that perfectly clear." He shrugged a shoulder before turning his head and looking back at Dean. "You can't... I love you, Dean. I mean, last night you were so happy. More happy than I'd seen you in years and now..." He pushed himself up. "Do what you need to do."

"Wow...me happy?" he smiled weakly though it never reached his eyes. "Yeah now I know this is an alternate universe. So....really? Incest not a big deal here?"

"Yes, you were happy. With me." He looked down, the words hurt. "Incest isn't a big deal here. Never has been. Not everyone marries their siblings, but a lot of people do. Hell, when dad found out how you felt about me he was so happy because all our lives you'd been determined to take care of me." He laughed softly, sadly. "You used to tell dad when I was still a baby that you were going to marry me because you always wanted to take care of me. That no one deserved to be with me because you loved me best."

Dean raised an eyebrow at that, trying to figure out if that was kind of sweet or really fucked up. "I take care of you in my world Sam, you're the most important person in my life. In my world incest is pretty illegal though, and very frowned upon. Hell gay people can get married in only a couple states."

"Then why would you even want to go back there? Look, Dean, I can't help you. I just...I can't. You do whatever you need to. I'll be here." He sighed softly before heading back into the kitchen. "What if...your Sam felt the same?"

Dean followed him again, this time settling at the kitchen table. "I wanna go back there cause that's reality. And Sammy doesn't feel that way, no offense we're just not into dudes, or family members."

He went back to the stove, needing to do something as he nodded. He couldn't say anymore. He just couldn't.

Dean bit his lip nervously before walking into the kitchen. "You want me to make coffee or something?" He started opening up cupboards, confused that he seemed to know where everything was.

"Yeah go ahead." He pulled down the cutting board after washing the potatoes. He sat a few down before grabbing a knife. He started chopping and without thinking glanced sideways, cutting through the pad of his thumb. He gasped, dropping the knife and looking down as blood welled out of his thumb. "Damn it!"

"You ok?" Dean instantly dropped what he was doing and was at Sam's side, examining his hand. "Ok, that's no big deal," he gave Sam a smile, "go sit dude, we can put something on that."

He watched Dean before seeing the smile. He started to return it, but stopped himself before going over and sitting at the table. "Can you move the frying pan? I don't want anything to burn." He lifted his thumb, sucking on it after a moment as he watched Dean carefully.

"uh...yeah sure.". He quickly moved the frying pan before retreating into the hallway, completely on autopilot. A minute later he returned with s bandaid and some disinfectant, "Not used to injuries I don't need to sew up," he joked before realizing this Sam wouldn't get it. "Nevermind."

He kept his thumb in his mouth for a moment, wincing slightly before pulling it out. "Thanks, ba...Dean." He frowned, dropping his eyes from watching the man to his hand. "I'm not usually so careless."

"Dont worry about it man, happens to everyone.". He put the supplies on the table, not sure how he found them so quick. "Ummm..,,you need help or are you good?"

"I think I can get it." He picked up the bottle of sanitizer, pouring some into his hand before cleaning his thumb. He hissed softly, frowning and wincing again. He ripped open the bandage, carefully trying to wrap it around his thumb.

"You really should call mom and dad. Don't...don't talk to them about the other stuff. It might make you feel better though."

He couldn't help looking a little excited at that idea. "I haven't talk to mom since I was four...." but it wouldn't be real. "No..no I wouldn't tell them about this. Only reasoning told you is because of the naked thing."

"Yeah." He got the bandage wrapped around his thumb before pushing himself up. "You could go see them instead if you wanted. Dad closed the garage today so they should both be home." He shrugged a shoulder before moving passed Dean and back to the stove. "You hungry?" His voice had gotten low, pain evident in it.

"I...I don't know if that could be a good idea, I don't wanna say the wrong thing.". He flinched hearing Sam's tone. "Yeah man thanks...are you ok?"

"You should still see them. It might make you happy." He started cooking the bacon, humming to himself before answering. "Not really."

"Look...I'm sorry. You don't deserve any of this. If I could get your Dean back to you I would....and then scrub my mind of the fact that there's a world where we're together.."

"I just don't understand ok! You care about me in...whatever world you're from. Things are so different in our relationship than it is where you're from. I just..." He sighed, shaking his head. "If you can't get back then I have to spend the rest of my life loving someone who...nevermind."
