THE GOD MEME 1.1
THE GOD MEME 1.1

You don't know how, or why, but you now have the power of a god. Scratch that, you are a god, with all the responsibilities (or lack of) the job entails.
How To Play:
♦ In your subject line, include 'god/dess of...' with whatever you prefer to post. This can be anything: god/dess of knowledge, god/dess of french fries, god/dess of wank. Whatever you think your character is most suited to be.
♦ Optionally, describe how they came to be that deity. Have they always been a god? Were they just made a god? Did the head god make them a god for shits and giggles? Did the previous god of, say, tigers make them god/dess of tigers before hightailing it for vacation?
Replier options:
♦1♦ Fellow god/dess of the same pantheon
♦2♦ Fellow god/dess of a different pantheon
♦3♦ God/dess of the same thing, same pantheon
♦4♦ God/dess of the same thing, different pantheon
♦5♦ Supplicant
♦6♦ Disbeliever
♦7♦ Clergy
♦8♦ Other — whatever I haven't thought of
lbr if you're going to choose anyway you don't need RNG to give you permission

How do you think?
You're better than this. I know you are. We could figure it out. Even if you were-- ha, god. We could still talk, right?
no subject
You know, Sam, you ought to consider it a blessing I let you live at all after your betrayal.
no subject
A 'blessing'.
You-- [ Clearing his throat to seek out, eh, softer phrasing since the angel before him now is blind with power. The ego alone... Voice dripping with restrained sarcasm. ] Yeah, thanks. For that.
When I said talk, I didn't mean a blame game. You aren't faultless, either. But that's okay. We can --you, me, Dean-- we can fix... [ Gestures ambiguously. ] t h i s.

Your insolence truly is breathtaking.

[ he takes a step closer ]
I can feel your desperation, Sam. You know you can't stop me, so you're trying to trick me. It's just what I'd expect from someone like you. A small, powerless creature railing against his own fate. Did you think you and your brother could ever really make a difference? That you were changing anything?
[ he won't even say Dean's name. not a great sign ]
no subject
To see this from Castiel... Sam snorts softly. ]
If you wanted. Right.
If you wanted, you'd stop. This isn't like you. At all. I s t a b b e d you because you needed someone to do it. Reversed, I'd expect the same exact thing, Cas. You're losing control.
[ Sucking down a firm breath, he ignores something off to his side to comb back his hair. ]
I do. And you did, too. Once. I remember you believing. When you shouldn't have. And maybe that's what this is, losing hope, I don't know -- but I do know that you're going to regret this if you don't already.
no subject
I'm not, actually. This is me in control. For once. There's nothing to regret.
... Someone over there you need to talk to? [ and he glances over there too, innocently ]
no subject
No.
I'm talking to you. So start talking to me.
You can't convince me this is you in control. Why are you killing people? Innocent people -- dicks, sure, but.
no subject
You know something about that cost, don't you, Sam? You've killed demons and angels. Their vessels were just collateral damage.
no subject
You are lying to yourself if you really-- I. Yes. I killed people. Innocent people. Not because I just wanted to.
