The Master & Apprentice Meme

Apprenticeship is a system of training a new generation of practitioners in a particular craft or trade. An Apprentice learns new skills from a Master, usually an older professional in their field. A Mastercan be a mentor and a friend, or a harshly disciplining teacher, preparing their proteges to follow in their footsteps. A Master and Apprentice typically get to have lots of one on one time. Sometimes it takes time and patience to develop a special relationship amid the trials of leaning something new, but in time most good masters will pass down plenty of trade secrets and wisdom to prepare someone special to hone their young talents and follow in their footsteps!

How this meme works:

- Masters tag in first.
- Please include in your subject line Name and Trade/Skill or Secret Order you're training for.

So this'll end up looking like, for example:

Any skill can be taught, you don't have to be an official canon 'Master' of anything, you can offer to teach anything your character is willing (reluctantly or otherwise) to pass on.

- Wanna-be Apprentices! You get to tag into these masters as your whiny, callow, n00bish, noviced selves, going through a day of training. Maybe you're still petitioning to be taken under wing! Maybe undergoing a special rite of passage, well on your way to being a master yourself! Scenarios are up to you, no RNG here!

One thing about Ico, the strange boy with horns: He's an incredibly stubborn kid. One might say bull-headed.

Another thing about Ico: with the unnatural stamina his curse has granted him, he can and will go on for hours if it involves getting something right. Even if all he has to work with is a wooden stick.

Unfortunately, even Ico has his limits. He's finally showing signs of fatigue, resting his hands on his knees and bent over to catch his breath. The stick's end droops to the floor. Maybe it's time to call it a day.
