[ nothing goes as planned. which is wildly absurd to think about, when it comes to ignis. he has everything planned out but the gods must still be punishing him for getting that vision - how many years back? - because rarely, do things happen as they should.

dating was a bust half the time. there was yelling, there was times they separated, there were times they even broke up just because it was simply too painful. two people who had to believe noct would be back, would bring the light. ignis knew it'd be true - he saw it! but it had been five years, six years - it had been so long. he still found no new answers, still found nothing that could bloody help him beat whatever the gods had in store. he was constantly on the brink.
