✕ world info	When a 'Chosen Duo' becomes a 'Chosen One' info page here Piper Allison // Alessandra De Luca once thought she had it all. She was so sure she knew everything there was about everything. She prided herself on learning multiple languages and being busy, graduating college and starting a career. Piper had a man who she was absolutely in love with (and would do anything for). She had her best friend/cousin Jordan Davings and they were sorting out this 'Chosen One'/'The Enchanted' business. Piper felt confident that they had it all together; all they had to do was get to Jordan's 21st Birthday and they would have an easier time since Jordan would be immortal then. All that came crashing down when a group of demons, vampires, and witches (and others surely) grouped up to destroy The Enchanted. During patrol one night, and after a nasty fight with Piper, Jordan and David are killed in an ambush. Piper and Ben make it to the fight but they're too late. After seeing her best friend and her boyfriend die in front of her, Piper essentially disappears and Alessandra De Luca (an homage to her maternal grandmother) is brought to life. Instead of focusing on the grief and guilt she feels, Les seeks out training in everything she can get her hands on. Martial arts, sword fighting, additional magic training, guns - anything that will put her one step above her enemies. Although she and Ben never got along before, they quickly form an easy alliance with a shared mission - bringing down everyone who was involved in Their deaths. Ben - now Adonis - works from within and sends her information as he's able. Ten years later, they take the final guy out. She is semi-immortal and is set to live for a very long time. Recently: I've been playing Piper post-revenge but would love to play her during the 10 years that she was on her revenge mission (where she was primarily known as "Les" or "Lesandra". I'd love to also play her without the fuck-ton amount of baggage where she wasn't part of the Enchanted and instead just a powerful witch.

He comes from a world where supernatural beings live amongst humans, but are generally treated as second class citizens if they're unable to be human-passing. Edge has a human form, and a demon form so he can manage well enough in either crowd. He spends his time doing whatever he can to make cash, sometimes illegally, and usually ends up couch surfing. If you sleep with him, he is hard to get rid of.

Known currently under various aliases (the Terminator, Guifford, etc, pick one), he was known as "the fat, slow kid" while growing up in the rotten part of Luxembourg City with a widowed father, because his mother died from complications postpartum. Due to his difficulties in school and a need to keep himself occupied, he got involved with the local gangs at an extremely young age and soon rose through the ranks, eventually relocating to Amsterdam at age 18 to try his luck there. Doing as much crawling as he's done the climbing, he's become the almost legendary figure in the European gang milieu that he now is.

✕ world info	Meredith is a self-indulgent look at the struggles of Millennialhood, tbh. She's a chronically ill 26 year-old who works as an executive assistant...and henchman...to a villain CEO type. And I've got a few different people who've played her boss; I'm not hitching her wagon to any one star because I like having different verses going at the same time. I've avoided being too loud and obnoxious with her toward Marvel/DC characters because I don't know who's open to OCs and assuming CR, so this is sort of a 'please let me know if I can bug your character' ad as much as anything. In general, though, she's an organized, sardonic, tidy woman who is getting used to a life with a high level of weirdness and learning to roll with the punches in a world where those come with superstrength or the enhancement of powered armor.

✕ world info	Nike is a Destiny 2 OC. I've gone hard on this Destiny kick lately and would love to do something with her. She's an earnest and warm person who's doing her best in increasingly weird and frightening circumstances. She takes her job and its consequences for others very seriously and is pretty stressed, but she's coping with humor and trying not to dump it on people. Problems Nike is currently having include: figuring out how to feel about being allies with some aliens after lots and lots of bad blood, picking up a new and alarming kind of space magic that might be a corrupting influence, unearthing horrible forgotten details about how robots like her were made centuries ago, hunting and putting down dangerous and honestly kinda tragic corrupted aliens, and losing sleep at night about whether she and everyone she knows are enough to stop the space apocalypse. Also, it's really cold on Europa. Really cold. But not everything is the worst. There's still plenty of routine work she's used to, worthwhile ways to help others, and competition for her to be mediocre at.

✕ world info	Set approximately in 2009, there are a few difference between this world and ours. A worldwide organization known as the International Office of Paranormal and Supernatural Affairs acts as a police force, of sorts. They deal with all manner of ghosts, ghouls, demons, wild folk, and everything in-between. The public is very much aware of their presence and the unknowns IOPSA investigates, but most continue on with life as normal. Each office is operated with a high degree of independence, structured loosely in a military fashion. Most have smaller teams that go out on investigations that can range from an unconfirmed haunting to demon possession, with a healthy dose of public education initiatives thrown in for good measure. Paranatural studies are generally accepted as an emerging science, though most degrees are still offered at IOPSA facilities rather than traditional colleges and places of higher education. Officers have broad knowledge of many supernatural topics, but usually specialize into one field into particular. IOPSA also maintains old accords with different supernatural factions, but the balance of that has been thrown into question with the emergence of RAPTURE. A drug that causes normal people to experience supernatural talents, and those who have these talents to turn them off. Still, IOPSA strives to uphold its missions and continue their important work into the supernatural side of the world. More info in his journal!

I have this guy here if interested; Alex is an incubus/warlock hybrid, son of a witch and incubus, age 18 or 19, raised by witch mother but never met his dad, went to a 'myth' school (and contrary to belief, 'feeding' or sex with him one time doesn't kill partners, it only takes a bit of their energy). I think his and Lucas' world could be very similar (supernaturals being known and mostly accepted, and also policed, could even play like it's the same world for both of them.. I can actually see how an agency like IOPSA would be needed in the world Alex lives in).

He could probably be a friend with benefits (or 'bedroom buddy' lol) if Lucas likes, and even friends in general since Alex likes surfing, games, movies, exercise, karate. I also had an idea for how they met.. maybe one night on a case, Lucas was in a fight with a 'dark' supernatural or whatever and Alex came along, joined in with magic to help him, then maybe had coffee after, or snacks, then and/or went to hotel for 'fun', etc., whatever you like. Adorable icons btw, the artwork looks great too.

	SPECIAL AGENT JANET FORD FBI AGENT & CON ARTIST'S DAUGHTER
✕ world info	Special Agent Janet Ford is an FBI agent specializing in financial crimes (i.e. counterfeiting, larceny, forgery, art theft, identity theft). She has a certain amount of infamy because her father is Jack Ford, a former stockbroker who did eight years in prison for cheating his clients, and since his release now works as a consultant for various government agencies. Janet doesn't give a damn about her father. She's got a surrogate family in her partner (whom everyone loves, much to her annoyance), an on-again, off-again relationship with the Assistant U.S. Attorney (which annoys her partner), and is dealing with the effects of suffering a miscarriage (that she refuses to talk about). She has enough to balance and other criminals to catch. Despite her emotional flaws and behind her stubborn walls, Janet is a hell of an FBI agent. She loves what she does and she's got the right combination of book smarts and street smarts (an Economics degree from Columbia and the willingness to kick anyone's ass). She's going to save the day and doesn't care if you like it or not.
✕ looking for	Just about anything at this point. Janet is only a few months old, so she needs more people to interact with and to maybe help her sort herself out. I have a weakness for playing her off "good" criminals like White Collar and Leverage types, because Janet lives in that same grey area but likes to pretend she doesn't. It'd be nice to get her a non-dysfunctional love interest, if anyone thinks they want to date an FBI agent with a strict moral code and emotional issues.

Although, to those unaware of vampires, he will refer to himself as a butler in order to get away with calling his vampire owner 'Master' in public without getting strange looks. He's quick-witted, charismatic and almost always has a good comeback prepared. He flirts as easily as breathing (with anyone) and is more than happy to take things further if he's given the chance. Most of that, however, is learned behavior trained into him by his Master. At his core, he is a romantic pining for deeper connections he knows can never be. He has a passion for food and baking and will use any opportunity to practice it. But eating everything himself is just too depressing. He's a lonely extrovert desperately wishing for more friends that don't view him as a dinner item. His coping mechanisms for that are drinking too much, engaging in risky sexual escapades, among other potentially self-destructive behaviors. By the time his fourth child was born, he'd done that and then some. Holly was that fourth child; loud and brash, she's full of more energy than a border collie on cocaine, she swears like a sailor and will merrily throw hands with someone twice her size if they piss her off. That aside, she's bright and good humoured, and can find something interesting in just about anything. One night (on her dad's birthday, no less - tough break) her parents and siblings, and a whole lot of guests were killed by a rival vampire family, leaving Holly as the sole heir to what her father had built. Instead of letting it crumble and go to shit, Holly took up the mantle and stepped into her father's shoes. Helped by those who were closest to her family and most loyal to her father, she's currently in the process of trying to fill the space he left behind, and deal with the grief of losing the people she loved the most.

She's gotten into the bad habit of pushing down her feelings and really leaning on the bravado she's most often associated with to cover those feelings up, so having people around her who she can lean on and learn from are sorely needed. ✕ world info	brief bio here TL;DR: Tierce is a non-human semi-immortal creature living in a mundane modern Earth where almost all of the other creatures that used to be have found their own quiet corners to hide in, mostly out of this dimension. She, however, loves people and fashion and all the funny new things that humans keep inventing, so she stays out and about, mostly managing to pass through careful makeup and wardrobe choices and a touch of pheromones. Tierce is a Weaver. At least, that's her trade, and by proxy her species; it's what she is, it's who she is, and she sees no reason to make it any more complicated than that. That's sort of a life motto for her, honestly: Keep It Simple, Stupid. (The acronym is just a bonus, she does love kissing.) Simple is easy. Simple is how you live for thousands of years, in forest glades and woodland caves, living off the occasional passerby and loving more of them. Simple is how you adapt to the growth of villages, then towns, then cities, then the internet. Simple is how she's still here. Life itself for Tierce is about as uncomplicated as she can make it, generally speaking, which is a little more complicated than it is for some, seeing as how she's not even remotely human-passing, what with all the extra eyes and limbs. Not too much more complicated, though. Even nowadays with all the cameras everywhere, people don't look too closely at things their brain tells them couldn't exist, and one can do an astonishing amount of bureaucratic necessities online. Honestly, it gives her time to do what she loves the most: meeting new people, listening to their stories and songs, making them pretty gifts, and occasionally pulling them into her bed. Most of them, at least, survive the experience, and those who don't, well. At least they go happy. She's a little secretive, a little shallow, a lot loving and a lot of fun. She also gets lonely, being the only one of her there is, and living as long as she does, so it's not unusual for her to be looking for company, be it as muse, meal, or more.

During the day, Aisling assists both the living and the dead by working as a mortician. But after the sun sets, she sheds her human persona - and her head right along with it. Riding a great black horse with eyes like burning embers, Aisling reaps the souls of the dead and helps them on their journey to the afterlife. She also has a big-ass axe and a whip made from a human spine. Fun stuff. Despite having been around for more centuries than even she can remember now, Aisling is...not great socially. While she has a heart of gold, she takes things very literally, she can be very standoffish and doesn't like talking around points. She's very matter-of-fact, dresses very plainly and not very stylishly at all, and is just generally rather awkward with people. She means well though, and does enjoy being around others; even if that just means her mostly listening to them talk.

If your character happens to be interested in death/death rituals from other cultures, gardening, reading or horses? Also fantastic! Other fae characters, whether for antagonistic CR or positive; Irish fae get extra points, especially characters who she can speak to in Gaeilge/Gaelic. Tbh characters from the 19th century she can interact with would also be great in general; I usually have to modernise her for the sake of memes so I'd enjoy getting to play her from back in the day (tm)

✕ world info	Leannán sídhe are beautiful fae that impart creative inspiration and genius to creative sorts in exchange for their love and devotion. This is what Mallaidh (Molly) is. In short, she'll help you paint or compose a masterpiece for the ages, or write a book that'll be talked about for centuries; all she asks for in return is sincere, unconditional love and affection. The more love you show her and the more you nurture the gift she's given, the greater the inspiration she gives becomes. Technical stuff out of the way, Mallaidh can be easily described as a ray of sunshine; she's optimistic, she's flirty and cheerful, and she loves people. She acts, draws and paints, dances and sings, and will always encourage others to embrace their own creative outlets in whatever way they see fit.
✕ looking for	Friends! Mallaidh's a very social person and will happily try and get to know anybody new, or I'm also fine with assumed CR too. She's been around a long time, so I'm happy to mesh her into any time from the early 16th century all the way up to modern day. As guarded as she is when it comes to personal romance, that's definitely something I'd love for her, though this will take a bit of CR building as a personal preference. As mentioned above, she has had some trauma surrounding intimate relationships in the past, so getting to explore her learning to trust someone new in that context would be just /chefs kiss Fluff and angst are both loved equally in this house, honestly; here for CR that leads to both, and am very open to ideas and plotting. Other fae of different sorts would be awesome for her to bounce off of! She's travelled a lot in her time, so her reuniting with old friends could be fun, or something along those lines? Especially in modern times if they met a few centuries beforehand?

✕ WORLD INFO	it's a world not unlike yours or mine, but perhaps there are a little more instances of 'demonic' entities attempting to corrupt and degrade those of us who walk the material plane, be it for fun or for necessity. Ben does not work for the church, though he did stride close to priesthood, before realizing that his desires did not lie in religion or scripture, but in helping anyone who would fall victim to the very thing his father had learned to dispel, the very thing that eventually took Ben's father, and his mother, and nearly Ben himself. Ben would devote his life not to one belief, but to what was tangible to him — demons and angels, and with his uncle, Father Tobias, Ben would learn to face them, any of them, no matter their origin or handling. while not a priest, he primarily assists Tobias in exorcisms and general banishings of demons and malevolent spirits, but...not all the time does the diocese approve of the measure. that's when Ben gets called in solo. mum's the word. when he isn't banishing these awful creatures out of your grandma or your basement, Ben is trying to use his doctorate in religious studies for good, or at least putting people into some solid naps. it's okay — he keeps mostly to himself, prickly and somewhat neurotic as he is at worst, nerdy and protective at best. if that's your thing. but please, don't call him an exorcist; he rather prefers 'demonologist.' also, his guardian angel has been his friend since he was a child. that's normal, right?

✕ world info	In another world, which actively runs on RPG logic the recurring final boss, Demon King Midnight terrorised humanity for eons. Created from the shadow cast from the light of the gods creation, he was inevitable. Whenever he was killed, he returned in a new form with new plans to eradicate the light and reclaim the darkness. After 108 attempts, he was finally banished by the only god who never blessed a hero- the Goddess of Mercy, who sent him somewhere he could experience love. That turned out to be a modern Earth without any supernatural aspects, in the life of an ordinary human, Naito Eiji. He did indeed learn about love, and his love for his mother led him to kill for her sake. And that's when he heard it. ~Buh buh bah bah!~ Level Up! Now a serial killer and assassin, Eiji kills to gather experience points and regain the power he needs to create more demons and remodel this world to his liking too. He's unaware that shortly after his first kill the Goddess of Mercy reincarnated herself on modern Earth too, and is trying to rectify her mistake.
✕ looking for	Justice seekers! I'd love Eiji to have recurring back and forth with those that want to stop him. Bad guys! People who hire him to kill are a plus. He tends to think of evil and destructive people as more likeable and honest. Innocents to corrupt! I have a soft spot for the idea of Eiji taking someone under his wing, and getting very attached to them. Sad people with miserable lives who he turns into serial killer sidekicks. Transformation scenes! As a part of the above or in general, when Eiji regains his power to transform people into monsters he's doing it wholesale. I am a sucker for playing with how psychology could be made to match physiology.

	Justin Martingale Why can't we all just get along?
✕ world info	A dhampir secret agent recruited by the Unseen Squad, an organization for those with special abilities (Elites/Aberrants) to promote peace and equality, and to stop those who would use their powers for evil (i.e. the Slayer Brigade). Justin has a personal beef against the Slayer Brigade for the murder of his mother, who was also an Unseen Squad agent. He considers himself unlucky, as he has tried to stay out of the battles between the organizations, even fleeing to a new town after his mother's death, only to learn that both organizations have another branch in said town. Justin is falling in love with one of his fellow agents, but every attempt to date her is interrupted in a somewhat violent manner. Justin's skills/abilities include about 300 years of martial arts practice and enhanced speed and strength. His wounds heal almost instantly. He also technically has an ability to hypnotize and read minds, though those particular abilities aren't very potent, and each failed attempt gives him a massive headache. So those particular abilities aren't likely to come up without prior discussion (or if they do, they'll likely fail again). His biggest weakness is sunlight. While his human heritage keeps him from disintegrating, prolonged exposure can temporarily disable his vampiric powers, and even cause him to pass out once he's reached his limit. He enjoys video games, action figures, and playgrounds (or most other activities that are popular among children), giving him a childish demeanor.

I'm still working on hammering out his history - but in short, he's fascinated with nature photography, history, and horology, which is his main passion. He's a nerd, likes writing fanfiction and playing video games. Ethan is quiet and sweet, and also a vampire. He was turned when he was in New Orleans - he was bitten while heading back to his hotel after an antiques convention, super fun. His savior was another vampire named Marcus, who chased off his attacker and finished turning him. Marcus also took him in and trained him. You know, so he could resist eating people. Eventually, Marcus was murdered, and left Ethan with everything - including the blood club (Nox) he ran. Bound by a sense of duty and obligation, Ethan now runs the club himself. Ethan is an empath - a 'young' one, who came into his powers after he was turned. He can feel emotions, but he cannot (yet) manipulate others. I can easily AU him into almost any verse if necessary, and vice versa! It should also be noted he's in his early 40s.

✕ world info	INFO. Wylie's ancient ancestor essentially offered a safe haven to a forest god and all its kin in exchange for prosperity for he and his family line. Around two-hundred years ago, the Other creatures of the world finally took him up on it, beginning to settle in the hotel and hundreds of acres of land the Hargrave family owns. Since then, each head of the family has been expected to manage the relationship between the Others, the land, and their human visitors, doing their best to keep the humans alive and the Others safely contained. Wylie himself inherited as a teenager after his father died under mysterious, Other-influenced circumstances. The entire Hargrave family is a little fey, a little Other themselves. Wylie has a changeling cousin, for instance, and another cousin bonded with a pack of Black Dogs. And Wylie..? Well, his family doesn't quite know. He's different, that's certain. Cursed, perhaps. Or favored. It amounts to the same thing in the end, doesn't it? Wylie himself is soft, stressed, as kind as he can be under the circumstances, but understands his responsibilities. He can and will perform a human sacrifice if it means keeping something Other bound to his land and away from the rest of his guests and humanity as a whole. He will put a cursed and suffering mortal out of their misery. He's resigned himself to being alone until he's taken by one of the Others, and he figures that's about what he deserves. The world he knows is horror and folklore and blood.

	Zelda 'Zel' Pollux Puts the 'bitch' in 'witch'
✕ world info	tl;dr – drug-addicted asshole who's now humanity's best protection against the paranormal. Zel was quasi-raised and trained in sorcery by one of the greatest witches in the world. After an accident where her soul was rendered out of her body, she cut ties with her mentor and disappeared into self-pitying, alcohol, and pills for a few years. (She called it self-medication – since the accident, she occasionally involuntarily astral projects). A few years later, her mentor vanishes, presumed dead, and Zel inherits her office, position, and responsibilities. She's prickly, slow to trust, and oftentimes pretty rude. Her feelings towards her former mentor – and magic in general – are super complicated, in that she was all set to swear it off completely until she was dragged back into the world. And as selfish as Zelda usually is, she does have some faint grasp of duty and necessity.

Anyone in a sort of comic book kitchen-sink setting. 	Joric berserker with a rage problem
✕ world info	A soldier who agreed under false pretenses to let the mages' council experiment on him to make him a living weapon. He has an enhanced berserker mode meant for battle, but it's taking him over and the bouts of rage are difficult to stop. He's been assigned a healer mage as his "handler" to magically cure the rage temporarily, but he decides to abandon the army in search of a cure. He's from an original fantasy setting but I also have a Skyrim AU version of him which is nearly the same, with it being those inept mages at the College of Winterhold who put this magical rage in him, so he's searching for a witch of the wilds type to help him instead. ✕ looking for	The big thing is he's searching for someone with the magical know how to cure him, since the army's mages can't or won't, so he's on a big quest here and could totally pick someone up on the way. Maybe someone who has a similar goal where they're looking for a magical person for help. Magical healer types to temporarily cure him of his episodes would definitely make the trip easier, but he has a potion he takes that helps if your character isn't a healer. A partner that can put up with a grump that worries he's going to fly off the handle and go on a rampage at any moment. Could be an adventuring buddy to fight bandits/wild beasts/etc., or something slow burn that turns romantic if they're a woman. NGL, I just love the trope of big, scary barbarian guy and tiny, gentle healer gal so I will play that one out a hundred times. Bring me your Skyrim OCs or Dragonborns and let's adventure!

His time in Arcadia fundamentally changed him, and when he manages to get back to the human world, he is no longer human himself. Capable of performing magic and seeming otherworldly without his mein in place, Jamie is now and forever will be somewhere between human and fae.

Jamie tends to avoid humans just because he's generally afraid that if he associates with them he'll draw the Gentry's attention, but he's not against it. Other changelings would be amazing. After he fell, his powers warped to serve a more chaotic neutral purpose, insofar as he can be invoked and directed by anyone with enough knowledge to do so, at which point his power acts like a curse against the subject. He has been responsible for driving these subjects to madness or suicide out of guilt or trauma, much like the Erinyes of Greek mythology, for whatever perceived crime prompted the aggressor to invoke him. For the past few centuries, he's been involved with the Salucci family as something of a patron entity, a link which eventually resulted in the birth of Michelangelo Salucci, a mortal imbued with particularly fascinating power. Since then, Alastor has been paying him special attention.

✕ world info	Genevieve is the human daughter of a mortal mother and a vampire father, who has spent her entire adult life being an advocate for the rights of vampires and other inhumans in a world where integration is feared, and often dangerous. Her father, Calais Moreau, a born revolutionary, is infamous among the social justice circles for being as much an agitator as an advocate; Genevieve is much more patient and even-keeled (with an empathic nature that borders on the supernatural itself) and uses her position as a human with monster connections to be a resource in a highly divided community. That being said, she does have a tendency to run toward the bloodshed instead of away from it.
✕ looking for	I prefer PSLs over memes, but really I'm down for anything. Friends, family, dramatic plots with surprise twists and triumphant character arcs, gimme. I'm a shippy soul. Give me someone for Genevieve to take care of. She's independent, but devoted. Or we can go a darker route: opposites attract, overcoming their differences to work together and then feelings develop, gimme the tropes bc I love 'em. (Inhumans are more fun than humans, in this case, but I'm open to either. Also, Genevieve is straight.)
