But add that to the mandatory self-defense/containment training all Arkham staff had to undergo, and she had no trouble slamming the taller man back into the wall, one arm up against his throat, the other shoving both his hands into his chest.

"Come now, Mr. Joker." Her voice was deceptively calm and reasonable, considering their position. "Let's at least not lie to each other. Tell me where you hid it, and I won't have to call security, mmm?"

They were in the early days of sessions, which meant she could afford to be generous. But she couldn't have him outright stealing; it was an affront to her authority.
