Everyone has something they wish for. If we didn't have desires, we wouldn't have hearts. Sometimes we want mundane things: a turkey sandwich sounds pretty good right about now. And sometimes we want impossible things: if only I could make her love me.

Perhaps you've gone on an expedition and returned with some rusty old lamp. It could be a wish on a shooting star, an extinguished birthday candle, or even the work of a good old-fashioned Faery Godparent. [There's a moment of silence as he thinks it over.] Master, you have to promise to behave. No trying to hurt her and no backstabbing. No trying to steal her either.

I'll lock you in a room with no doors if you pull something, and that's a promise. [His voice is dead serious. He's very protective of his TARDIS, after all.]

[He just sighs and pushes the door open, stepping inside and gesturing for the Master to come in as well.]

But of course. You're too good for flat out murder--right now. [He shrugs and walks in.]

I'm not a murderer. [He shrugs off his soaked coat and kicks off his shoes.] Think you can behave yourself long enough to wash up on your own?

[soundsofdrums]

Can't guarantee anything, but we'll see. [He immediately takes off his shoes and suit jacket, tossing them aside.]

[hideyosammich]

[He walks over to the hallway, peering down it.] Brilliant. There's two showers, and there should be a wardrobe in there or clothes laying out or something like that.

[soundsofdrums]

Fair enough. Then we can work our way out of this mess. [He strolls down the hallway, heading into where the bathroom ought to be.]

[The TARDIS is kind enough to provide two bathrooms, both as nice as the other, so that both the Time Lords can shower at the same time. The Master might find out later, however, that his bathroom door won't let him out until the Doctor opens it for him.

The Doctor's more than relieved to get himself clean and have a moment alone with his TARDIS. It hasn't been long, but it's funny how much he misses the old girl when he needs her the most. He keeps up a casual conversation with her as he washes up and gets changed, slipping into another suit and a pair of mismatched trainers (yellow and blue).]
