Awkward boners: The meme

Though the concept of "adolescence" is a relatively new one, the nebulous age between the onset of puberty and the age of majority has almost always been a time for changes. A young person's body as well as their mind is changing, but most importantly, they are on their way to becoming a sexually mature adult. Often times, these adolescents may feel the desire to express themselves in this intimate way and experiment with others their own age. This may happen in a safe environment, but not always. Depending on the time and place, these sort of activities may be viewed as harmless or the ultimate taboos, especially if the desired person or act is otherwise "deviant." Still, that doesn't change the fact that the urge, more likely than not, is very, very present.
How to Play
-This meme is for sexual exploration between inexperienced, underaged characters. The point is for character growth, awkwardness, sweetness, or fluff, not necessarily sexiness.
-All characters should be 18 and under or taken from a canon point where they are (ie, canon!Dean Winchester isn't applicable to this meme, but pre-canon teen!Dean is).
-All characters, human or not, within the correct age range are welcome.
-When commenting, please include your preferences.
-Comment to other characters.

This sucked. And he was still cold, but he hated sleeping bags. They made him feel trapped and tied down.
Maybe he'd just go run off, and come back in the morning. Except Wolverine would probably know and bust him. And David would definitely narc. Shit.
no subject
"Stop complaining and settle down to sleep."
Because really, that's what the guy needs to do.
no subject
Or he was trying. Tommy at the best of times was a fidgety mess who had trouble sleeping for more than thirty minutes at any one stretch of time unless he exhausted himself first. Tommy when he was in a strange place and miserable about it, next to someone he barely knew and out in a mostly open space ... it was basically like trying to lie next to someone who had bugs under their skin. Tommy just moved. Constantly. Hands twisting into the sleeping bag he wasn't using, feet kicking, body twisting from one position to the next - endlessly restless and rustling the sleeping bags and tent with it every time, even if he wasn't trying to.
no subject
"Will you just lay still?"
Because David was getting a bit frustrated here.
no subject
He twisted back onto his side, shoving at David again a little in the process and trying to get comfortable like that. Toe tapping against the side of the tent. Only to roll back onto his back a second later, reaching up with one hand to fuss with the tent with his fingers instead.
no subject
"Don't fuss with it. The noise of the tent fabric rubbing on itself is maddening.
no subject
So maybe the noise was a little annoying. So what? So was the noise of the leaves and the rustle of kids in other tents and whoever was snoring two tents over.
no subject
"Maybe you should just sleep outside. Or not sleep?"
no subject
That was not tonight.
"So what, you get to just kick me out because I'm annoying you. Fuck off, Alleyne, you don't OWN the tent," Tommy said, dropping back to lay down and purposely sprawling a little to try to take more room.
no subject
He lies back down as well. And he's cramped. So he pushes at Tommy's shoulder. Give him room, you tiny punk. Damn, he wishes Julian didn't sign Tommy up for this or whatever.
no subject
David's pushing at him though, and Tommy just shoves back. David's taller than him, broader. Tommy is small enough that he borders on scrawny, and skinny with it, though he's starting to fill out a little with the food at the school. But somehow he manages to take up more space. And jiggles his fingers against the tent again. (Though he also jigs his leg and that one he isn't even aware of doing.)
no subject
"What is your problem?"
no subject
It was frustrating. Because this whole thing would be over with faster if Tommy COULD just sleep. And people had been telling him to just hold still his whole life. He hated it. David probably sat through every class since he was a kid without once moving and got perfect grades and sucked up to every asshole teacher.
Tommy pushed at him again, since David had rolled over, not even because David was closer, just because Tommy was frustrated.
no subject
"Why do you have to start fights!?"
no subject
no subject
“You can have the tent to yourself,” he grumbles. It would be easier to sleep in the same space as Santos. And the guy’s snoring sounded like an avalanche.
no subject
He didn't do any better a job of holding still or sleeping once David was gone, since he (mostly) hadn't actually been doing it to annoy him. He slept even less than normal, and it was fucking cold. But it was one night down anyway. And he said screw it and ran off for a minute in the morning for coffee.
He and David spent the avoiding one another as Wolverine had them hiking all over. Half the other kids complained or strained, but it was just slow, to Tommy, and he'd dart ahead or behind, earning dirty looks now and then.
They made their second camp at the top of a wooded hill, and the temperature dropped about a million degrees. Or at least it felt like it. And Tommy was stuck with David again. He huddled in a too-thin coat by the fire until everyone else drifted off, and glared pointedly up at Wolverine when the man clapped him on the shoulder and pointed him toward the tent.
Fine. But only because it was freezing. He didn't say anything when David came in. But Tommy DID try to hold still. He didn't succeed, but he tried. He even managed to fall asleep after an hour or so (and a few back and forth sessions of sniping.) Unfortunately it was cold and Tommy asleep cared less about how he got warm and started to gravitate toward David.
no subject
You couldn’t very well roll over onto the other side when a warm body was cuddling up against you. Talk about awkward.
Silently and slowly David started the process of squirming away from Tommy. And not thinking about the sort of friction it might cause.
no subject
no subject
He had to escape. Which was harder with a leg pressing between his. So he just has to move slowly, right? Just move slowly away. David continues his slow squirm, trying to inch over the ground just far enough to not be pressed up against the other guy. Shouldn’t be hard, right?
no subject
It was enough that he started to wake up though, reaching for whoever he was in bed with and blinking open green eyes groggily. Without enough incentive to be annoyed, or David staring at him like he thought Tommy was a particularly disgusting bug, Tommy got caught in noticing David's mouth, and how bright and soft his eyes were in the dim light. And even aware of who he was cuddled up with his body didn't want to let go, because he was warmer and didn't want to be cold. So he did what Tommy never did - he reacted slowly and didn't let go immediately and dart away.
no subject
What did that even mean?
David went very, very still. What was going ON here.
no subject
Shit. That was a thing Tommy had been firmly ignoring ever since he started to realize it. No one in juvie could kick his ass, but being small and stark-headed meant he stood out enough that a lot of assholes wanted to try, so he had to always keep an eye out. Being ... whatever he was about other guys was an added complication Tommy didn't need. And he still didn't need it here, surrounded by a bunch of rich fucks who hated him already.
He let go, moving away. But even that much movement couldn't avoid the last little jolt of friction and Tommy didn't manage to entirely bite back the little gasped breath that escaped.
no subject
This was not arousing, he told himself. Teenaged guys just got it up for everything. At no notice or warning. That was all. Nothing else. At all.
“It’s okay,” he says into the silence between them after a bit. “I won’t tell anyone.”
Not that Tommy has been cuddling him. Not that he got a boner in his sleep. Not that he might be... well. It’s his business. No one else’s.
no subject
His head jerked up. "There'snothingtotellanyone!" Tommy snapped, a little too loud and too fast. He gritted his teeth, biting his cheek in the process.
"We were asleep," Tommy said. They had been. Not at the end, but before that. "Whatever. Just ... go back to sleep. I'm up anyway." It was freezing, but he didn't care. He probably needed to cool down, reaching and yanking his shoes back so he could scramble out of the tent.
