There are a couple of children milling about, but since feeding and watering the horses tends to be a favorite chore amongst the kids, he's not too surprised. Dimitri's taking out some gear to check when he notices Leslie, her white hair flashing brightly enough to catch his eye. He lifts his head, frowning to himself when he notices how pale and dazed she looks. Dimitri abandons his task and walks up to her, clearly concerned.]

[Being sucked into another world was one of the weirder things he's experienced in life, but also not as weird as it should be because this is just how his life is apparently. Of course he'd get sucked into another universe and land in a post apocalyptic city because why wouldn't that happen to him. There was nothing in his life prior to this that would suggest it shouldn't happen to him. So Nico had accepted it and adjusted (albeit with a whole lot of 'what the fucks.') And being that he's been here for a few weeks now, he's also come to gain an understanding of alternate universes and realities which honestly, again, not that shocking. All of the pantheons are real, hotels where time doesn't pass exist, so yeah, Sure. Alternate universes. Why not.
