[Happy wasn't at all unused to getting calls from the ungodly hours of early morning with the expectation that he was ready to drive. And he was ready to drive. It was part of his job description, after all. It was all of a terrible 4 AM, but Happy didn't mind. It was his job, and part of his job was babysitting making sure Tony Stark didn't get himself killed. It's what a bodyguard-slash-driver was supposed to do. Some people might think that a man who only drank anything when he was on vacation was mistreated, but if he got to see Pepper...

What bodyguard-slash-drivers were not supposed to do was hit their employer. That was not in the job description. In fact, it was quite the opposite of it. It was illegal, actually! It wasn't the first time Tony had taken to dancing in the street, and Happy managed to turn just in time to not actually hit him, but that was a bit aggravating. Also aggravating and not in the job description? Running said employer's $400,000 cars into a telephone pole. That, however, was what happened, and thank God for car insurance.

Fortunately, the damage to the car wasn't so bad. The damage to Happy's lifespan was immeasurable, and maybe he slammed the car door a little too harshly than he would have at a later time of day. He certainly had his work cut out for him, at least.]

You all right, Boss?
