Regarding the TFLN
If you've been following the newest meme discussion post there's been a lot of input regarding the TFLN meme from comments brought up.
We're going to leave things as is for now - with the meme rotating from an AM/PM posting rotation, and an overflow post going up when the first one hits captcha within the day - to gauge how the clarification of how overflows can be posted affects things over the next few weeks.
If it doesn't work out too well, there are other suggestions we can move on to try.
