[No one thought that Pyro would make a very good sleeper agent. He was too headstrong, too brash, and far too prone to take offense and crack under his anger. But somehow he held out, and now he's slipping back into the mansion, ready to deliver his information.

Magneto has been given a false destination for the final showdown. Now the X-Men have about an hour to intercept his Brotherhood and try to stop them before they launch their attack.

Unfortunately, not all of the students who have been recruited for the fight were told that Pyro had left to spy and deliver lies to Magneto. So it's hard to say how Kitty will react to seeing him dart through the halls of the mansion after so long away, and when his destination reached the school rumour mill within minutes of his leaving.]

[ She's been aware of this final show down for a while now, and she's been aware of her role in it for just as long. She's got a very useful mutation for the element of surprise after all. It's a lot of pressure, something she was very quick to accept but stressful all the same. Her sleep patterns have been getting worse, and tonight is no exception. Rather than sleeping like the rest of the inhabitants of the mansion, she's wandering aimlessly.

She's suddenly thanking her lucky stars for the insomnia when she sees a shadow creep across a hallway, and she creeps after it quietly. Slipping through the wall behind her, she follows down the adjacent corridor and steps out abruptly in front of--]
