Reminder: Comm Time

Just a reminder that the comm works in EST time (See time conversion here) and that the (Reverse) one line shipping/smut should be going up on the Wednesday not the Tuesday as has been happening these past few weeks since it's in the middle of the Tuesday/Thursday split of the previous separate versions.
