[ And it's not like he rushes or anything, but he probably rushes a little bit. Then, remembers what he's doing and slows down, suddenly nervous all over again. It shouldn't be a big deal. It's really, honestly not. But all of this stuff with Gladio feels scary and good all at the same time, and by the time he makes it to the park, at least twenty minutes has gone by. Oops... ]

( thankfully gladio isn't the paranoid type. five minutes is just that. five. so, when he gets there first and has to wait a little longer for prompto to show up, he just assumes he's taking a little longer. maybe found a cute dog along the way and stopped to pet it and coo at it and take 500 pics that gladio will look at when he finally gets here.

he's hanging around near the entrance when he finally spots prompto. pushing up from the bench, he goes over to meet him halfway with a grin on his mouth. )
