Woke Up In Jail

[ WOKE UP IN JAIL ]
Where are you? Why is your bed so hard? Why is someone peeing right by your head?
Oh right. Because you got pinched last night. Welcome to the slammer, baby.
• Post with your character name/fandom/options preferences.
• Use RNG to pick your possible scenario - or just go with what you'd like most.
• Reply to other people's tags. Use RNG or decide what your part in the whole kerfuffle is.
• Enjoy the confusion.
Reason(s) you're in jail:
1. Indecent Exposure
Nobody wanted to watch you strut around with everything hanging out, and someone called you on it. Hope they gave you a jumpsuit or you're going to be prison eye candy.
2. Drunk and disorderly conduct
"Wassat, occifer? No... I'm not dru-*hic* drunk. I'm unner the legal limit. Wooo!" No, no you're not. You're way over. Sleep it off, buddy.
3. Vandalism
Oh, you naughty thing. You got busted stealing that 'Chickens X-ing' sign. Or was it drawing boobs on the drive-thru clown? Either way, tsk tsk.
4. B&E
Apparently your friend didn't think you kicking in his window to sneak in and leave him a 'present' was as good of an idea as you thought it was. Well, no love for HIM. *hmph*
5. Grand Theft Auto
The car was BEGGING to go for a ride. It called to you with its sireny car-call. And you just had to answer. If it hadn't been for the damn spike belt...
6. Kidnapping
Trust me, there are better ways to get money to pay for your Bieber concert tickets.
7. Murder
Talk about being caught red handed. You got caught red armed. And faced. And front. You're messy.
8. Any/all of the above
Ooooh... You've been REALLY naughty, haven't you? Actually, you kind of scare me.
Relationship of the person tagging:
1. Cohort in Crime.
2. Person coming to bail you out. (or not)
3. Jailer/Warden.
It's cause I made the wrong face...oh god. *Facepalm*
"Fine." She let go of the bar she had held onto the entire time and moved back toward the door, to go fill out the paperwork needed to get Lindsey out.
Stopping in the doorway she gave him a glance over her shoulder. "What happened to you?" She's of course meaning the hand, though she doesn't outright say it.
Big difference!! XD
A general question like that? Lindsey brushed it off easy enough.
"I am being held in prison for an accusation that was falsely made based on the word of a man," he used that term very loosely when referring to Angel, "who cannot be depended on. Will you please get me out of here?"

With a groan she posted the money, having to write a check that about killed her but, she knew Lindsey would pay her back.
Once the papers were turned over she moved back to the cell and stared at him. "There, somebody should be in soon to let you out."
no subject
"Thank you," Lindsey said, surprisingly sincere after being informed of the situation.
"Charisa... It's good to see you again." It was, and although Lindsey never intended to contact her again if not for this sticky situation he got himself in, he was glad that he did. At least he knew he could still rely on someone to get him out of jail.
no subject
"You owe me," the words came out in a bit of an annoyed hiss as she glanced down when he spoke again.
"You're only saying that caused I bailed your ass out of jail Lindsey."
no subject
"I will write you a check," he answered smoothly, therefore ending that brief sincerity that she didn't seem to have picked up on anyway. Too bad, it had been nice between them while it lasted.
"Maybe I was. Now, would you prefer to pick it up or should I have it sent through mail?"
no subject
Charisa went silent afterwards suddenly wondering why the words came out the way they did, she was going to tell him to mail the damn thing and then her mouth came up with some different on the spur of the moment it seemed.
no subject
"It will be ready for pick-up tomorrow morning," he confirmed, calmer now that he knew he was getting out. "I will leave it with Janet. She's my new secretary."
no subject
Charisa slipped away from the cell as one of the officers made his way inside, keys out to unlock the cell and let Lindsey out.
"You're free to go Mr. McDonald."

He deflated quickly. "I need a cup of coffee..." He got up to make it himself, but stopped when he remembered she was still in the office with him. "You want anything?"
no subject
"I would but, I should really get going."
no subject
"I trust you still remember the way out."
no subject
"Unless it's recently changed, yes I do remember the way out."
Charisa's tone went a bit soft before she turned to move toward the door, hand slipping into her back pocket to make sure the check was still tucked away.
no subject
"Thanks for dropping by."
The coffee machine started producing its ambrosia and Lindsey tiredly, gratefully, turned towards it.
