Will you acknowledge this? Can the two of you have a happily ever after - happier than if you'd met in another fashion - or will you hold firm in your distaste? how to play. - Everybody loves "couples forged by less-than-ideal circumstances" tropes! - Comment with your character, prefs, all that good stuff. - Reply to others. - IDEC where you set your threads, it's wide open. Fantasy world with hairy hobbits, old-timey lands, future AUs, do a space marriage for all I care. I'm sure they're still getting married in Star Wars or whatever.

He's heard the legends from some cooky old man in a hood. Something about this so called crystal that if you could resonate with would grant you any wish you could think of. Honestly that sounded way too good to be true but given he'd just run out of money getting to this place he decided to just take the free gamble. Not like he could lose anything right. Oh well the old man didn't think of telling him what might happen if he wasn't compatible. Not that Fang would have heard him out anyway as he walked up to the pedestal and grabbed hold of the emerald colored crystal.

[Oh, an interesting challenge! I have Astrid who an ex-student of Master Luke, who was swayed by Ben Solo after Luke's attack to leave her jedi traning. Astrid would have become one of the Knights of Ren. Perhaps her force powers weren't as strong enough to make her viable candidate to apprentice under Snoke, but she is considered reliable, cunning, powerful a knight. Astrid is also seems to be more emotional stable and sympathetic to and willing to work with the FO's attempts to bring order to galaxy. She is a powerful Dark Side force user in her own right and could still be further trained to become more powerful in the Dark Side. Any thoughts?]

[Allura took a slow, deep breath, straightening the already-straight collar on her dress one more time before stepping out of her room. This whole thing would have been easier if this system wasn't so FAR from Altea. She had been born and raised to rule her own planet, how was she supposed to do that from some tiny moon with an isolationist kingdom. Honestly, the Silver Moon Kingdom HAD the technology to travel to other planets if they wished, but the fact that they chose to stay so far out, not even traveling because they "had to protect the solar system"? It just made them seem like paranoid, arrogant hermits, in Allura's opinion that she would NEVER say out loud like that. But Alfor had told her this could be a great opportunity to expand relations with this section of the universe, and to get this solar system to open up to others.

All of which Allura would concede on the practical side of things... but did it HAVE to involve marriage talks?! Sure, Queen Serenity had a silver-haired daughter about the same age as Allura, but that's where the similarities ended, from reports. Naive, uninterested in her studies, always sneaking off to Earth which was against Lunarian law for some reason Allura never found out no matter how much she researched, it sounded like Princess Serenity (yet ANOTHER sign of narcissism; who names their child after themselves?) didn't take her future duties seriously at all, while Allura poured everything she could in making sure she would be the best queen possible for Altea, of maintaining the Voltron coalition and the peace of the universe.
