body heat meme

Post with your character! They're now stuck in a very cold place of your choice. It can be anything, such as a freezing chamber, a cavern or a small cabin in the midst of a blizzard. The choice is up to you.
Comment around! Now your character has some company in this bone-chilling environment. The two of them share two things in common: clothes completely unfitting for this weather (be they summer clothes or even lingerie) and a blanket.
A blanket? Yes, just one warm blanket and no other ways to escape the cold. The two of them will have to share it in order to stay alive in this weather. Don't worry, you're sure to find a common language in this terrible situation!
So, uh, have fun, I suppose. Try to not freeze to death!
Protip: friction and body heat are both excellent ways to fend off cold.

He opened his eyes hearing Keith rub his hands together]
Hands getting cold?
no subject
[Keith held cupped his hands over his mouth and breathed on them to get them warm. He didn't want to admit that the rest of him was cold, too. He kept himself tightly hunched into a ball under the blanket, leaning against Shiro.]

Thanks...
[He was smaller than Shiro, so the cold would get to him pretty fast anyway, and he wasn't used to it, having grown up in the desert. So, while he was trying to avoid Shiro's arm causing his pseudo-brother frostbite and hypothermia, he wasn't exactly holding in much heat on his own, either.]

[He leaned a little closer to Keith]
Would you be warmer if you were to sit in front of me? Try to warm you up some.
no subject
What do you mean?

But... what about your arm?
no subject
[At least that was the hope. He didn't know if it would work that way though]
no subject
If we need to, we can always put it between us.
[It wouldn't be comfortable, but it would be warm, and that was what was important here.
He shifted, moving around Shiro so he was sitting in front of him. Yeah... this was definitely awkward, but he shoved that feeling down in favor of staying warm and not passing out from hypothermia.]

[Shiro shifted his sitting position so that Keith could sit in front of him, his back pressed against Shiro's chest. Yes, it was awkward, but there weren't many options at the moment. Shiro carefully tucked the blanket back around Keith, covering both of them as much as possible. It also kept his metal arm against Keith so hopefully that and the blanket would keep the metal arm warm]

[Keith got in as close as he could, helping pull the blanket tight around them both. Feeling Shiro tuck his arm around him, Keith shifted so he could get it around his waist. Then, he tucked his knees up as close as possible so Shiro's arm was tucked between his legs and his chest.
He was shaking just a bit from the cold, but this was a little a bit warmer this way, and that subsided after a few minutes.]
no subject
Thanks. That helps.
[He could feel Keith shivering against him, but slowly it was beginning to stop. Hopefully that meant he was warming up]

Time seemed to tick by, but it was hard to tell how much, but now it was Shiro's turn to start shivering. He was starting to feel a nagging chill in his arm. Of course]
My arm is getting cold.
no subject
Do you want me to move? We can try to get it warm...
[While Shiro's entire forearm was pretty well sandwiched between Keith's torso and legs with the way he was curled up, the metal that was on his upper arm was still on the outside, only covered by the blanket.]
no subject
[Darn this metal arm in a location where it was cold. It was just zapping energy and heat even with the suit over it]
no subject
We can switch off as needed.
[Since he knew Shiro was likely to worry about him getting cold again later. He untucked himself, releasing the rest of Shiro's arm, and moved out of the hug. Then, shifting around, Keith moved himself back to Shiro's side, pulling the blanket as tight as he could around the two of them, and huddled in close, keeping the arm between them again.]
no subject
[Yes, he was still worried about Keith getting too cold as well. This was not a good situation to be in for either of them. Shiro's arm was making this even more difficult]
no subject
How long do you think it's been?
no subject
At least half a varga I'd think. We can hope more.
no subject
[Keith frowned a bit.
He shifted the blanket as much as he could to make sure all the metal on Shiro's arm would be covered with the extra layer. They were in their armor suits, but it wasn't made for long term exposure. Short spacewalks for maintenance and emergencies were fine, but staying in sub-freezing temperatures for too long would eventually let the cold seep through.]
Yeah... just don't fall asleep.
[That would likely be hard to do considering they were sitting there huddled up and keeping warm, and there was really nothing else to do to keep them going. And, as their body temperatures dropped, they were likely to start feeling more and more drowsy.]
no subject
I'll trying not to.
[Might be easier said than done]
no subject
We could play a game?
[It was something to keep their minds going and try to keep them awake.]
Like, uh... I don't know. One of those car game things, like... 'I Spy', or something.
no subject
Yeah. Let’s try playing a game. I guess ‘I Spy’ would work. We can’t exactly look for license plates here.
