Post with your character! They're now stuck in a very cold place of your choice. It can be anything, such as a freezing chamber, a cavern or a small cabin in the midst of a blizzard. The choice is up to you.
Comment around! Now your character has some company in this bone-chilling environment. The two of them share two things in common: clothes completely unfitting for this weather (be they summer clothes or even lingerie) and a blanket.
A blanket? Yes, just one warm blanket and no other ways to escape the cold. The two of them will have to share it in order to stay alive in this weather. Don't worry, you're sure to find a common language in this terrible situation!
So, uh, have fun, I suppose. Try to not freeze to death!
Protip: friction and body heat are both excellent ways to fend off cold.

[Keith nodded.]

We can switch off as needed.

[Since he knew Shiro was likely to worry about him getting cold again later. He untucked himself, releasing the rest of Shiro's arm, and moved out of the hug. Then, shifting around, Keith moved himself back to Shiro's side, pulling the blanket as tight as he could around the two of them, and huddled in close, keeping the arm between them again.]

Yeah, switching off would be good. So you don't get too cold either.

[Yes, he was still worried about Keith getting too cold as well. This was not a good situation to be in for either of them. Shiro's arm was making this even more difficult]

[Keith nodded, keeping himself pressed against Shiro as much as he could be. Awkwardness be damned at this point. It was quickly getting colder, and they needed to stay warm as much as possible until they were found.]

How long do you think it's been?

[Yeah, Shiro had stopped caring awkward a while ago. Right now they needed to stay warm and he was worried about his arm. Maybe having had Keith move away before had been a bad thing because now it seemed like it was taking forever to get warm again. This wasn't good]

At least half a varga I'd think. We can hope more.

[Keith frowned a bit.

He shifted the blanket as much as he could to make sure all the metal on Shiro's arm would be covered with the extra layer. They were in their armor suits, but it wasn't made for long term exposure. Short spacewalks for maintenance and emergencies were fine, but staying in sub-freezing temperatures for too long would eventually let the cold seep through.]

Yeah... just don't fall asleep.

[That would likely be hard to do considering they were sitting there huddled up and keeping warm, and there was really nothing else to do to keep them going. And, as their body temperatures dropped, they were likely to start feeling more and more drowsy.]

[The suit certainly wasn't keeping anything out long term. This was bad. It had worked enough to keep them warm for a bit. Now it was probably helping to trap cold air against them. But there wasn't another option. And his arm was acting as a heat sink]

[Sleep or the idea of sleep was coming too quickly for Shiro’s liking. His arm was getting cold and he knew it. Okay, try not to focus on that at the moment. Oh look, a distraction]

Yeah. Let’s try playing a game. I guess ‘I Spy’ would work. We can’t exactly look for license plates here.

Yeah... there's not much to look at, is there?

[Keith hummed a little.]

That probably wouldn't work. I'd suggest charades, but that might use up too much oxygen, even if it did keep us moving and warm.

What about... I think it was called, "Hangman"? See if we can guess words.

Don't we need something to write on?

[Keith gave Shiro a curious look.]

Yeah might help, but it would be more of a mental workout to do it without. It's possible, but harder.

[Yes, Keith might be seeing a sign of what Shiro had done to try and keep sane for a year]

[Keith considered it for a moment, and then nodded a little.]

Alright. [Shiro was silent for a moment then said] Six letter word. Eight strikes to try and guess the word.

[Under the blanket, Shiro raised one finger to remember the strikes]

[Keith closed his eyes, visualizing the alphabet in his head like a board with things to cross off. He mentally crossed off the 'R'.]

There is an S. Second letter.

[Second letter. In his head, Keith added a row of slashes above his letter board, one for each of the six letters in the word, putting the S on top of the second one.]
