If you've been around the internet very long, you've probably run into games like Cards Against Humanity and Pretend You're Xyzzy before. Cards of Kink works on the same idea, but instead of ridiculous situations and absurd comedy, it's about porn. Time to random up some prompts.

HOW TO PLAY

Go to the Cards of Kink site to find the card generator. Feel free to reroll until you get a setup that seems fun to you.
Copy and paste the contents of the blue and white cards into a comment. Note that some of the kinks that can be generated can get extreme, gross, or nonsensical, and it's totally alright to cut out ones that don't work or don't interest you at all.
Post that junk. You should probably include the usual character name/series/information you'd put in any other meme, too.
Look for other people's comments with matchups that interest you, and tag them!
