i think it's meant more as a guarantee whoever is in his cab gets a splitting headache. he is also playing music that must be beyond the normal human hearing range.
i'm already sending a strongly worded email to his company. though, in the off chance i do not make it, i would ask that you do not to allow courfeyrac access to my bedroom.
