![]() COVERED IN BLOOD MEME So you're a bit of a mess. Or you're stumbling upon a mess. What happened? There's blood everywhere, what the hell? Is it your blood, animal blood, the blood of someone you murdered? Hell, maybe you ran out of tampons. Anyway, no matter how it got there, you're (or someone you know is) covered in blood. Can it be explained away? If not, is someone going to prison? The hospital? Going to die of blood loss? Get in trouble for playing catch with the blood bags? Man, we don't know. The point is you have a mess to clean up. Or roll around in gleefully, you nasty fucks. |

As they walked down the stairs, he put his hand down on the railing and then quickly pulled back when he felt something sticky. “Oh, ew.” He looked at his hand, which now had blood on it. “I don’t like this, Scott.” It seemed like the further down they went the more blood they were seeing.

They descended down the stairs. As Stiles yelped, he looked over with a sympathetic look. "I don't either buddy," he said but pressed on. Even if his every fiber told him to turn around and call the comps he couldn't. Someone could be injured or dying or attacked.
After a few more minutes they reached the bottom floor. There was a corridor leading of into the distance and a trail of blood along the right wall. At least no lamps were flickering but it still smelled stale.
"I wonder where this even leads?" he commented and looked over at Stiles.

“Good to know we’re on the same page with our feelings here.” He was making a disgusted face as he tried to flick the blood off of his hand.
Once he hit the last stair, he hopped off of it and stood beside Scott. “What is that smell?” Why did it smell like something worse than horrible air and blood mixed together? “Uh, let’s take a wild guess here…hell. It leads to hell.” Even though he answered that way, he knew they were going to continue on. “We’re going, aren’t we?” he asked, even though he really didn’t need to.

"I don't know... I can't place it," he said and sniffed the air. "Sewers?" he inquired before looking back at Stiles. At his second question all he could was no and look ahead. They had to keep going even though they didn't want to. He wished he had stayed home and played Playstation instead for nightly exploring. "Who knows, maybe we'll run across Theo," he then added and started walking. The trail of blood kept going all the way to a second door which wasn't even closed. He could hear the sound of a panicked heart and so he poked into what seemed to be a storage area with tools and maintenance things. It was dark inside so he couldn't tell many details.

Yep, like he feared, they were heading forward. He kept looking around as they walked. Hoping that whatever creature that caused all of this was long gone. Because he really did not want to come face to face with it. “Oh, yeah, because anything with Theo involved ends well.” He rather hoped that they didn’t run into Theo.
There was so much blood. How could there be so much blood? If this was one person’s blood then there was no way they were going to find this person alive. There was just too much of it all over the place. “I have a bad feeling about this.” He stood off to the side, really wishing that he had grabbed the flashlight out of the jeep because he could not see anything. “See anything?” Scott had the heightened sense, he’d see or hear anything before Stiles ever would.

Scott was also wondering about said creature. He hadn't seen any tracks so he didn't know if they might run into something bad. On the other hand why would anyone head into these tunnels instead of the hospital? It didn't feel right.
He allowed his eyes to glow and looked into the room. Sure there were shelves and it still smelled blood but he couldn't see from whom it was coming from. "I hear heart beats so whomever it is can't be too far away," he reached out and hit a light switch and the room was soon bathing in light. Then he continued on walking. After a few steps he found a man in the back of the room. He was bleeding profusely and barely conscious. There were large wounds across is torso. Looked like something had tried to rip him open. Scott was feeling a little nauseous but he sat down and shook the man gently to try to get contact with him.
"These claw marks are really big..." he commented in a quiet voice.

Did Scott say heartbeats? That meant there had to be more than one person in there. “Maybe they aren’t the ones whose blood we had bee seeing.” That meant there were more victims, though.
Stiles was hesitant, but then he finally walked into the room. There was more blood. Of course there was more blood. This place was a horror house of blood. He was pretty sure that he was going to be dreaming about it tonight. “Claw marks?” He took the few steps over so that he could see the man with the huge gashes across his torso. “Yeah, those are claw marks. Huge ones.” They didn’t look like they belonged to a werewolf, they were much too big. “Maybe we should leave and get help.” Whatever was lurking around, it was probably something that the two of them alone couldn’t handle.

Scott looked back up at Stiles with a frown on his face. He then glanced around the room, feeling uneasy. The man wasn't responding to his attempts at waking him up and it looked really bad. "Yeah... we should get help... but what if the beast is still here?" he said as he reached out and touched the injured man. He took a deep breath before relieving his pain as much as he dared to do.

Scott asked a very good question. What if that thing was still around? Actually, knowing their luck it wasn’t a matter of if, but where was the thing? Yeah, they definitely needed to call for help. Like, right now. Stiles pulled out his phone and then sighed. “No service.” Okay, that just meant one of them needed go and make the call. “Why don’t you go and I’ll stay here and watch over the guy?” Stiles could shut the door and hope that the creature didn’t come back. Scott at least could defend himself if the thing did come out of nowhere while heading topside.

"But what if it comes for you while I'm gone? " he asked and frowned back at Stiles. He then stood up and looked around the area. There had to be some reason the man came here. Then he spotted something. It was a land-line phone mounted on the wall. It seemed like the man had collapsed before making his way over.
"Stiles look, there's a phone over there" he said and pointed.

“What are you looking for?” He took started to look, but he really wasn’t sure what they could be looking. Not to mention it was dark, the little bit of light wasn’t helping much.
He looked in the direction Scott had pointed in and saw the phone. “Great! I guess we don’t have to leave.” He quickly walked over and then picked up the headset. “It works…I’m actually in shock here.” He thought for sure there would be no dial tone, but it was there, which meant he could call for help, and he did.

"You think you can manage to get a call out?" he asked, still half surprised that thing were going this smooth. It usually didn't. He then looked back at the door and kept his gaze at it, expecting it to be thrown up any moment now.
He had a bad feeling.
