Whether it's serious or not doesn't matter, here's your place to play it. [It was hard to believe that a scarce few days ago, he was the happiest he'd ever been. He'd felt like he had a place in the world, he'd felt confident and capable and loved. Then it had all fallen apart, the foundation he'd built himself up on had turned out to be a lie, a fabrication used to further the plans of a man incapable of caring for who was crushed on his way to what he wanted.

Maybe he was still capable, maybe he still had his magical ability, but that was all he'd amounted to. He'd been a tool for Grindelwald to shape to his own designs and use for his own means and toss away when he became inconvenient. He'd thought he'd been doing good, he'd thought his work was protecting people, saving lives, but Grindelwald had twisted it to his own ends and, when he'd been caught out on a chance, he'd left Scorpius behind in the rubble, guilty by surname alone. How could anyone believe him, that he hadn't known, that he'd thought he was doing what was right?

Of course he was taken in for questioning immediately and he didn't even try to fight it. They'd taken his wand, bound his hands behind him, and dragged him to a small room to wait. It was uncomfortable to try and sit with his wrists locked together behind his back, unable to even move his fingers, but he wasn't really sure how much longer his legs would support him.

The only thing he wants now is to not further stain his family's reputation. Family is all he can trust now.]

He could have compelled any of the police officers at any time to let him go and forget what they've seen, wipe away all records. But he thinks the police may have something that belongs to him, an item stolen by the man now lying in a morgue. Elijah had ripped out his heart but failed to take back what was his thanks to a second, unseen assailant who had jumped him before he had time to search the body.

Waking up to the wail of police sirens is always annoying. This interrogation room is far more peaceful in comparison and Elijah clasps his hands in his lap as he regards the officer before him. His hands are clean now since he was allowed to wash them, but there are still traces of blood on his suit. Despite this clear evidence of his involvement, he seems unfazed.

After all, he can leave this room at any time.]

[This place is practically a prison.

Six bare concrete walls. Cracks riddle their surfaces. No paint; just the stains of blood, vomit, and a variety of other body fluids--no amount of bleach and scrubbing would ever erase the things that have happened in this room.

Junkrat sits on an aluminum chair, unrestrained. Not a problem for the person on the other side of that steel door. Metal fingers tap rythmically against the flimsy fold-up table in the center of the room, the sound echoing loudly against the walls - but it's preferable over the sound of the droning buzz of the single naked yellow incandescent bulb hanging solely by its own power cord over his head.

Yep. A veritable empty prison.

But there's no such thing as a truly empty room to a scavenger, and Junkrat never gets stuck in a situation he didn't intend to get into in the first place. Roadhog is an Enforcer that takes his job very seriously - one of the few that did, and didn't just take up the occupation as an excuse to bully and torture whoever they wanted. It's hard to establish a sense of justice in a world that hasn't known the word for at least two decades. That's why Junkrat chose him. That's why Junkrat is looking for anything he can in this "empty" room.

His flesh hand searches the bottom surface of the flimsy table blindly, leaving no surface untouched. Under the chairs. Nothing.

Hmm.

Junkrat taps a finger against his chin, his other hand perched on his hip. Roadhog is too thorough to leave someone like Junkrat completely unsupervised during the "intimidation tactic" of leaving him to sit around, waiting in supposed anxious isolation.

He looks up...and gives a cheeky grin to the tiny camera hidden in the corner. Old tech, but doesn't look like it's in disrepair. He feels there's an equal chance that it's not working at all, and that Roadhog has been watching him carefully this whole time. Either way, Junkrat takes one of the chairs and intentionally slides it across the ground to create a god-awful noise, tucking it into the corner so he can use it as a platform to climb up on and start dismantling the camera with just his hands alone, grinning wildly into it the entire time.]

As interrogator he's likely to strive to be ethical, trying to question your character honestly and trying to avoid force. Or, if you want him more brutal and much less likely to listen to reason, I'm cool playing him in an AU involving an alignment swap. Just lmk. B) ]

In the midst of war, it was said there were losses along with gains. Voltron's last assault on Zarkon's ship had left casualties on both sides of the conflict, structural damage, and prisoners.

For his part, Ulaz had remained in the infirmary for the vast majority of the battle, ready to flee if the situation called for it and alert Thace to do the same if need be. But communications were difficult and getting a clear report on anything between the assault itself and so much changing minute by minute made getting a clear sense of the situation next to impossible. It was not an ideal situation at all and instead Ulaz was caught acting as a medic until something tipped the scale, tending to wounded Galra personnel and captives who had happened to be caught in the crossfire while trying to keep a proverbial ear to the ground for updates.

Bits and pieces trickled in--there had been an explosion on a lower deck; a traitor had been confirmed, but not yet named; the Druids had been attacked; several were dead; Haggar had escaped; Zarkon had been defeated and was gravely wounded; Lotor had been summoned; prisoners had been captured; some intruders had been dealt with; the fleet was in disarray; Voltron had escaped.

Gains and losses.

Ulaz couldn't even get to his secure lines to check in with Thace and Kolivan's status, the latter of whom Ulaz knew was part of the present incursion. No word in either direction spelt high risk for all involved and in such a hot situation it was protocol to escape and avoid detection rather than risk discovery. It was certainly in Ulaz's mind that he needed to break away, find Thace if he could, and get out while flames were being extinguished elsewhere before focus could cool enough to see who else might be involved.

In fact, he was trying to break away from his last patient and slip away when a Galra messenger came for him, saying simply that his presence was required. Initially, Ulaz tried to protest, claiming his attention was needed in the infirmary, but the messenger was insistent.

"They have other surgeons; we need your expertise," the messenger Galra asserted before grasping Ulaz by the shoulder to encourage him to come.

The temptation to fight came in strong. It wouldn't be difficult to take out a messenger and two attendances, but the phrasing gave Ulaz pause--his expertise. Something did not feel right about that.

Lead toward the interrogation cells, that feeling in Ulaz's stomach got worse and worse, finally clenching and holding tightly as the door was drawn open for him and he suddenly realised what was meant by his expertise. There, strapped down and looking as worse for wear as the very first time he'd seen him, was Shiro.

A breath caught in Ulaz's throat which he swiftly managed to transform into believable shock of a different kind.

"You... Captured the Black Lion's Paladin!" he exclaimed as he stepped forward slowly. His irisless eyes passed over Shiro's face and briefly over his body, checking for any damage that would need immediate attention as one of the attendants moved nearer, silently observing Ulaz's work and Shiro's reactions.
