[ Looks up at him. Nishinoya is not a good cook. He sticks to the basics as much as possible. He's very grateful for Asahi's skills. He's going to let Asahi finish eating, but gets comfortable relaxing against him while he does. ]
I'm okay. It's hard to mess up making udon. [He just boiled the noodles and made a basic broth with boxed curry. It wasn't rocket science.] I'm just glad you like what I make.
[Asahi blushed; not that it meant anything more than compliment now, but he watched enough television with his mom to know that statement had very different implications in Japan just a century or two ago.]
[ Nishinoya only partially realizes what he's said, but he's nothing if not impulsive and honest with his feelings. He makes a face when Asahi asks, though. ]
I don't mind doing the dishes, or anything like that.
[ He returns the kiss, but oh - right, Asahi has to finish eating. Nishinoya sits down on his knees for only a moment, before he scoots out towards the exit, grabbing his empty bowl so that he can take it to the kitchen. He was antsy. ]
Alright.
[ He exits, bowl in hand and takes it to the kitchen. He sets it on a counter near the sink for now. He can wash them later (as promised). After the movie. ]
[He slurps down his noodles, sensing that Nishinoya is getting impatient, and two minutes later he's crawling out of the fort with a mouthful of udon, his cheeks puffy as he slowly swallows them down.
He goes to the kitchen, puts his bowl in the sink, then finishes swallowing.]
[ He stands on his toes, moving one arm around Asahi's neck - hanging there. The other hand balled into a fist, and he tapped it against Asahi's chest. ]
Why are you apologizing? Don't do that.
[ He fell back to flat feet, dropping his arms, he grabbed Asahi's hand and dragged him out towards the living room. It wasn't Asahi's fault that he was impatient, after all, and Nishinoya wasn't about to let him apologize for it. ]
[By no means did the punch hurt, but Asahi was still shaken by the intention behind it. He let Nishinoya lead him out to the couch and sat down, pulling his smaller boyfriend into his lap.]
[ Nishinoya settles there, relaxing against Asahi's chest. He gets comfortable and rests his head on Asahi's shoulder. He sighs. ]
Exactly. You have nothing to be sorry for.
[ He says it so matter-of-factly. He perks up. ]
Oh yeah - movie!
[ He shifts a little to obtain the controller for the blu-ray player and TV and then settles himself back in Asahi's lap as he sets up Spirited Away to watch. ]
[Asahi has no choice but to hunker down amongst the coach cushion and wrap his arms around Nishinoya tightly, grateful for the movie selection as it starts up. He rests his head against Noya's with a soft sight.]
[ He makes himself comfortable, resting against Asahi, he's not really going to pay attention to the movie much, as he'll probably just drift off into sleep, comfortable, fed, and with Asahi. ]

[ Nishinoya abandons the bowl in favor of Asahi. He flops over close to him, leaning against him. ]
I'm full! It was good.

Good. I'm glad you liked it.

[ He doesn't care how easy it is. It's always much better when he doesn't have to make it. And to have it be Asahi... ]
You should always cook for me.
no subject
A-And what will you do for me?
no subject
I don't mind doing the dishes, or anything like that.
[ He leans in, mindful of Asahi's food. ]
I don't think you mean that, though~!
no subject
I don't think I did, either.

[ He likes food. He likes Asahi. He likes Asahi's food. It seems like simple math to him, right? He leans against him, a happy sigh. ]
Are you blushing?
[ And...he's so, so blunt. ]
no subject
Yes.
no subject
Heh!
[ He lets out a small, amused sound, getting on his knees so he could press his forehead against Asahi's. ]
Let's watch a movie on the couch.
[ A nice excuse to cuddle up. ]

Okay. I'm almost done.
