omg...brace yourselves...sad is coming

( for as long as she could remember, she had been eager to meet her soulmate.

how could she not when she had seen how happy her parents were, even that elderly couple that had faithfully visited her family bakery for years and her violin teacher with her husband, she had been excited for her soulmate to arrive and fill her world with colour and joy.

and she was going to admit it, even if it was to herself, that for long she had hoped for that person to be Kosei, watching him and hoping one day her world with explode with colours. thing is that her world did and when it happened it had been the most wonderful and bittersweet moment of her life.

ironically it had been a prodigy the one that had brought colours to her life, just not the one she had expected. when she had gone to that skating rink, she hadn't been prepared to finally say goodbye to her dreams with Kosei and been plunged into how wonderful her world with a soulmate could be.

maybe it was her luck that she was so quick to adapt or that Yuri was actually, well if she said so herself, so absolutely wonderful that she sound found herself thinking of golden hair and blue eyes, instead the colours she found on Kosei. she embraced it with all of her being and did all she could from her part to make it work, watching all his competitions, writing and she had even taken to learn russian.

she was happy, even her purpose of meeting Kosei, just as fellow musicians had come true once Tsubaki realized she had a soulmate and wasn't a threat. she had also been feeling betted than ever health wise, so much even her doctor was surprised and she hadn't thought to mentioned it to Yuri just yet.

...she should have known better. she wasn't surprised that Yuri had come, despite he had an important competition coming, it was the fact colours had flickered for him and...she just couldn't lie to him as she had with her friends in order to not worry them, she owned to her soulmate to be sincere.

so she told him about her illness, how she had been getting better but things were still delicate, about not knowing if she was going to die or not and that the staff was trying their best. )

I'm sorry...I'm so sorry, I shouldn't have... ( told him this before such an important competition, she moved to clean the tears that had started at some point. ) I'm sorry...you deserved a better soulmate.
