[Although he had his doubts about Theo's follow-through, escaping the asylum had been easier than Peter initially thought. Once the mountain ash issue was no longer a concern, he'd made a point of violently tearing into any of the facility's staff who happened to be unfortunate enough to cross paths with him as he and his young liberator made their exit. In all honesty, it was thrilling to be able to shred another person's flesh again, even if leaving behind a body trail wasn't the most discreet method of staging jailbreak.

It didn't really matter who knew he had escaped at the end of the day. Peter planned on keeping a low profile for a while regardless--using Theo to be his eyes and ears until he saw fit to make his next move. That wasn't to say that he trusted or had any faith in Theo whatsoever, even now. But that didn't mean he couldn't milk this whole idol-worship deal of his for all it was worth in the meantime.

Peter could smell Theo before he actually caught sight of him. It came as no surprise that overactive hormones were at play here when you considered Theo's age and enthusiastic introduction over text--but then, Peter had to wonder whether or not that had been intentional on the teen's part. Surely he wouldn't be so careless with a big, bad wolf in his home. Or perhaps it had briefly slipped his mind that his guest had senses that matched or even surpassed his own.

Either way, Peter doesn't linger in the hallway outside of Theo's open door, and instead opts to make his presence known.]

[There are things about having Ronan Lynch as a friend you get used to. When his residence was still Monmouth Manufacturing, it was the complete and utter inability to contact him by phone, it was odd objects just suddenly being there when you get a peak at the sacred hall that was his boyfriend, and for a while it was also the odd calls at night by Gansey when Ronan decided to leave to do who knows what out in the night.

Having Ronan Lynch as a boyfriend has its own challenges. For starters, and perhaps most of all, it's wrapping your mind around the very fact of having him as a boyfriend, of him being someone Adam can kiss and hold within a moment's notice with no repercussions. It's the fact that it was him, Adam Parrish, that Ronan had fallen for, even when he didn't think of himself as worthy of any feelings like that. Sort-of living with Ronan on top of it adds another big layer of things to discover and get used to, a myriad of beautiful and amazing intricacies to Ronan that Adam discovered every day, some expected, others not so much.

They were just about to leave their camp at the Brecilian Forest and Alistair had wandered off with a kind of exasperated look on his face.

Davy wandered through the trees, picking up on small traces of Alistair's path. He caught sight of Alistair's arm, seeing the Warden sitting at the base of a tree with his back to Davy. The apostate arched a brow, approaching quietly.
