It had been a few hellish years, but everything had finally settled down into a pattern of sorts, sometimes aliens, sometimes robots, but they weren't fighting each other anymore, nothing was ever bad as the chitari, or Loki again.

Best of all Bruce was back, and while him leaving had messed with Clint and his trust issues for a bit, they had worked through it.

But now their is one small problem, something they hadn't planed for, hadn't really talked about, or after Loki, Clint wasn't sure could even happen.

He's not sure how long he's got until his scent changes, or if he even is for sure, until a year ago, his heats had still been off and on after what Loki did to him.

But he stands int he bathroom, looking at the test with a happy face on the digital read out. He swallows and walks over to Bruce in the kitchen.

Chun-Li was the better fighter of the two, but that mattered little when fair play was not enforced. Early on in their brief battle Kiryuu had inflicted her with a crippling toxin. It robbed her of proper sense, slowing her reactions and granting her coordination that might rival a toddler's.

Thick green tentacles that unfurled from Kiryuu's left arm had long-ago snared Chun-Li, remaining coiled about her ankles, wrists, and throat. Kiryuu swept his arm over his head in an arc, pulling Chun-Li from the ground and throwing her to the ground on the opposite side. The tentacles tightened where they held her and reeled her towards Kiryuu for him to have a better look at her.

"I have another drug for you to try," he announced, sounding more than a little happy with himself. A tentacle tipped with a glass vial and a thick needle was held out for her to see, a bright purple fluid waiting within.
