[While the Master fishes he sits back on the bench, tilting his head back and enjoying the sun.]

*And eventually he comes back, dripping wet and carrying fish.* It's been too long since I did this.

[He sits up properly and looks over the Master.] Planning on making that dinner?

Well, a snack at any rate. *He pops one in his mouth, still wiggling a bit.* Want me to cook some up for you?

Nah. No thanks. [He stands and stretches.] I should probably be heading home 'bout now. I'm making dinner tonight.

I'll try, but I'm afraid it'll fall on deaf ears. [He frowns.] No one cares that I trust you. All they see is what you've done and my inability to adapt to being like one of them. No matter how many times I explain it, they all just nod and continue right on.

Because I'm half human now and I'm stuck on the planet. It'll be easier to accept it in the long term apparently.

If I were you I'd tell the idiots that it's not your fault they're not smart enough to get it and walk away, but then I'm rude and mean and could not care less what they think of me. So take that with a pound of salt.
