The Mech Pilot AU Smut Meme A.K.A. a Pacific Rim-style smut meme The stakes, whatever they may be, are high. Most likely, the apocalypse is looming on the horizon: giant aliens are attacking, giant monsters are attacking, an oppressive government is threatening a rise, or game with real-world consequences. Humanity has only one hope in the form of giant robots. Somehow, it's been decided that you are one of the choice few who will be able to pilot such a massive machine, whether though destiny, skill, or birth. But you won't be alone. These mechs require two pilots - two pilots in complete compatible tandem or "drift," and not just anyone will do. So there is only one perfect match for you. This process cannot be a blunder. The lives of billions are counting on it. The mech is a part of you both, becoming this way via neural interfaces and tech, so you must be in synch perfectly in thoughts and memories...and in physicality. You see, the robots run off the power of sexual contact between pilots, in the cockpit. The two must become one. Training, of course, is encouraged; you must get used to being with each other and with getting residual emotions, fantasies, and feelings. Outside sex and intimacy is expected, though you may not have the same equipment or suits on your person as you do in your mech. Still, whether you're finding your perfect co-pilot, training, in the heat of battle, or taking care of each other after the fight, all moments matter. When the helmet came off, her hair cascaded like a river of fire down the length of her back. She had some height over her co-pilot, standing a good foot or two above her as they walked out of the simulation chamber. The second-skin of her suit, a matte blank with etchings of white and blue, was a hard contrast to the suit of soft rose and pink that her partner wore. While they looked incompatible, the pair had grown close in such a short matter of time, easily becoming one of the better couples to take to the helm of the synchronized engine.

They worked as a well-oiled machine; one body and one mind. Though not permissible by the officials they served, their relationship had grown past the cockpit of their mecha into something rather unexpected.

It would be the fourth night in a row where Midna had awoken to a knock at her door. Zelda, dressed in her issued underwear (a rather boring white sports bra and unflattering pair of white panties that the country-girl some how made look alluring) had many nights before asked her partner if she could spend the night together with her. Midna couldn't recall the reason. Either a bad nightmare or a flash back to a synch-sequence that had gone awry. Whatever the reason had been, it had brought the blonde to her bed, and in turn had helped to ignite a flame when neither of them had thought they needed such warmth.

The taller woman had never been one to shy away from having some one beautiful in her arms, but to have some one so bashfully come to the conclusion alongside of her had been a first. In their fourth night, with her arms draped over the smaller girl, fingers had impolitely crept their way to clasp around the round and pliable breasts of her partner. Their previous nights had met with unrest, and unfortunately for poor exhausted and still bashful Zelda, it appeared that this night would be no different. Soft, darkened lips began to nipple at the pointed ear of her companion, soft whispers trailing out over slow breaths of hot hair down the length of Zelda's neck.

"You did very well today, you know? I'd say you owe your instructor some thanks, wouldn't you?"
