Sometimes all you need is a word to spark off an idea.

She mentions the earpiece, and Karen stands to look inside the package. She couldn't find it at first. "How small are we talking here?" You could hear her rummaging around inside the package for it. "And I may never see him again, but I will hold onto this in case I do," she offered helpfully. "What if I don't run into him again, what are you going to do?"
