so, i ask of thee, are you my master?

The HOLY GRAIL WAR Meme
Who will it be?
For those unfamiliar with Fate/Stay Night or Fate/Zero, you can find a better explanation of the Holy Grail War here. (Note: The Holy Grail War in Fate/EXTRA functions in a dramatically different way, and one not followed for purposes of this meme.)
Instructions
1. Comment with your character. In the subject line, put that character's name, canon, and which role (Master, Servant, or either) you would like them to fulfill. Though not mandatory, it would be preferred that you give a brief summary of your character as they will (most likely) be AU'd into the setting. (NOTE: If your character can fill the role of Servant, I suggest you state which class(es) -- Saber, Lancer, Archer, Rider, Caster, Assassin, or Berserker -- they fall into.)
2. Reply to others' comments. Pick your character's role (and the other character's if they list "Either" as their preference), then use the RNG to pick a scenario that fits the two characters' roles.
3. Enjoy! Though there might be triggers, depending on how the prompts are interpreted.
TWO MASTERS
1. Battle. Who says that Servants get to have all the fun? After all, most Masters try to kill each other, too. Whatever the circumstances, the two of you are locked in a fight. Neither of you are willing to use your Command Spells just yet, so no Servants here. Just two magi duking it out.
2. Alliance. There's a bigger threat out there. Either one Servant is exceptionally powerful, or the situation has changed and the participants need to take action aginst it. One way or another, you're teamed up with one of your rivals for the Holy Grail. How long will this last before you try to stab each other in the back? Or, will something more develop?
3. Protection. Uh-oh! One of you has lost your Servant! Unfortunately, there's no way you'd get to the church safely on your own, so the other one will help you get there! Or maybe you don't trust the priest presiding over the Holy Grail War and are giving shelter to them yourself? Given their track record, no one would blame you.
4. Death. One or both of you lay dying. It might have been by the other's hand, or by someone else's entirely. How will you spend your last moments in the presence of one of your rivals?
5. You, Too? Surprise! You may have been friends before, but you've just discovered that you're both Masters! How will you handle this revelation?
6. Wild Card. Roll again, pick one of the previous options, or make one up!
1. Are You My Master? The summoning is complete. Whether intentional or not, catalyst or not, a magus has summoned a Servant. What kind of meeting was it? Was everything totally under control, or did a hitch occur? Or maybe it happened in the middle of a life-or-death situation!
2. Identity. Either the Servant has flat out told the Master their identity, or they unleashed their Noble Phantasm. Either way, the cat is out of the bag. How will the Master react, now that they know their Servant's name and legend? Will anything change between the two?
3. Battle Aftermath. A battle has just ended. Who participated? Are either of you hurt? Did the Master have to use a Command Spell? Any number of things could have happened here.
4. Discord. Uh-oh. It looks like the Master and the Servant don't get along. Here come the arguments! Don't do something stupid, like waste a Command Spell over a triviality...
5. Love. And then, there's the opposite. Sometimes Masters and Servants fall in love with each other. How will this affect things?
6. Wild Card. Roll again, pick one of the previous options, or make one up!
1. Battle. This is what usually happens when two Servants meet -- they duke it out. This probably says enough as it is.
3. The Grail Dialogues. Maybe you're not interested in fighting just yet. Maybe you just want to sit down and talk with the other Servant. Find out what they want, what makes them tick. Get some wine while you're at it -- nothing like good wine to go with good talk!
4. Death. One or both of you lay dying...again. It might have been by the other's hand, or by someone else's entirely. How will you spend your last moments in this War in the presence of one of your rivals?
5. Identity. Congratulations, you've just learned each other's identities! Will this change the situation, or will you press onward?
6. Wild Card. Roll again, pick one of the previous options, or make one up!
HI MEG
8DDDD
CREEPY DRUID SHIT
She had built some of the most complex and difficult wards and seals in her time in Ireland. Because she and Myrddin lived in the forest, Regina was well accustomed to magic that involved a terrible level of complexity and seals that ward off anything with an odd aura.
Myrddin had a simplistic way of doing it with salts, water, objects, and charms.
Regina's were a little more extreme. Coupling over from her disregard for violence and her honest tendency to hoard and collect things, Regina abide by Myrddin's teachings of involving the usage of homages to the gods -- in this case, Cerrunos. Homages and trinkets marked with ogham circles.
Tidbits of her identity could be found in these things, perhaps, though, if Regina allowed. Even in the last years of her life, after what she did, Regina never once never betrayed her roots as a druidic ovate.
But even there, sitting there, preening her long white hair, bones in the middle and a skull in the circle. Long at last, Waver would know what the hell Regina would be carrying in her satchel, with her spear, Rhongomyniad, resting in her lap. ]
You're lacking, Master.

[Mana? Oh, he could see that. He's a weak mage after all, and Casters have needs. Plans? Not in the slightest. This is a war to end the Grail Wars, and he won't be losing that.
It takes a moment to breathe in Regina's set up. Bones. Bones in addition to the hodgepodge of trinkets and homages and circles he doesn't see used among modern magi.]

[ Regina was known to be cruel, but also flirtatious; her husband could really never keep her in line or anyone else for that matter. But one eye on him, Regina points with her spear. Regina's a little obsessive when it comes to collecting the right things, apparently. ]
In my life, I fortified a hidden forest and lake with my wards. What I should say, you're lacking in grounding them. Blood and flesh to bind -- invoking the eyes of the gods and spirits around you so that they can add to your favor.
no subject
[Waver's hands dig into his pockets, unphased by the spear. He barely bothers to track the point.]
Might I suggest we start with giving you a map, and letting you look things over? Before blood and flesh, I mean. Best know what you'll need based on surroundings first.

[ She grins, baring the smallest hint of her fangs. If there's one thing about her, is that she's a very obstinate Servant. Not quite as bad as a Berserker, but teetering on that edge, wanting to do something on her own.
She would challenge him to use those Command Seals, anyway, it would be fun to her. ]
I was trained by one of the most infamous of sorcerers, Myrddin Wyllt. If anyone says that he didn't practice something similar is a fool. Besides, that takes the fun out of it for me, are you really going to take that away from me?
no subject
[With that, Waver's hand slips into the pocket of his trousers, and pulls out his iPhone.]
I'd rather you choose something, than force it, and work with what you decide.
no subject
[ She corrects softly. She had done many terrible things, leading up to the fall of her kingdom. There's so many things a queen shouldn't do that she did. ]
I've been in several. But if you say I should choose something-
[ A generally bad idea. She has no qualms with using blood and then some. ]
You may not be able to stomach it.
no subject
[No. That sounds condescending.]
I'm speaking poorly. What are your ideas, and let's discuss them.
no subject
[ It would be a little discontenting to see more of the more infamous warriors she'd known in her life end up in this. But for Regina, it's no different from any other war. She's used to this, she can be cruel again.
She has no active guilt anymore and that may make her more dangerous. ]
I only aim to protect this place, to make it my own.
[ His place, rather, but Regina already asserts it as hers, showing her possessive streak. ]
To add my own signature. I am not as strong as most Servants, but I know how to work minds. Firstly that, understand that Druids like myself fortified all rituals with blood alongside the earth. I will fortify this area and draw them here. I want to see how they function, but even I am not stupid to engage them. Yet.
Do you know what this means? That head and bones are not going to be enough for what I do, I need something else, something that actually has blood. The bones you see there are the bones of a man I killed long, long ago and I used that skull for many rituals before. He's ran his course, unfortunately. I need another.
no subject
So they need a new place to work out of. As Regina speaks, Waver thumbs through maps of Fuyuki on his iPhone, searching for the right place. Trying to find areas that will not have a high population, but still remain within city limits.]
--So if I find a good abandoned house in a forest setting, would that work?
no subject
[ She grew up in the forest most of her life, she never saw the appeal of it. ]
You're an odd one, that is for certain. I'm giving you ample room to put your foot down, for once.
no subject
[Waver smiles, and taps a few more things on his phone. A photo comes up of an abandoned house, perched in a sea of trees.]
This is what I'm proposing. And I'm not putting my footdown because this is a collaborative effort. I'm trusting you with decisions on defense, and I'd like to provide you with what you need to make it happen, all while keeping out of heavily populated areas.
no subject
[ One plus about being a Servant is her loss of the unstable hunger. ]
For all of the things I've done in my prior life and my intentions tonight, I don't intend to be around populated areas, anyway.
[ Surprise, she can be kind. ]

[ She misses the days when she could easily hop around in the trees or trudge through the forest. Latching her cloak tighter, Regina leaves the bones and skulls where they are. And before she leaves- ]
Might I ask you one question.
no subject
What is it?
no subject
[ Kindness -- she can't stand it. It infuriates her. She's a horrible, disgusting half-blooded monster, even now. She hated it, because it made her softer. ]

[ Master or not, Regina seems to be ruffled, turning her head away from him. ]

Can you settle for amiable working relationship?
