It was silly. Lorna was the daughter of a lord, and already promised to be wed--had been since she was but a girl. But whenever she accompanied her father to dine at Winterdel, when he paid tribute to Lord Stark, she found her eyes and interest drawn to young Jon.

It was silly, because he was so quiet, she was sure he was not interested in her. He probably didn't even notice. But she had noticed him.
