On Your Doorstep

On Your Doorstep
They ended up on your doorstep, quite literally. Bloody, possibly. Bruised, most definitely, though the wounds may be mental. You probably don't know them from Adam, yet you couldn't find it in you to turn them away - whether they wanted you to or not. So you opened up your home, just for a little while.
But it's getting to be more than a little while. Both of you are finding a comfort zone, because you didn't simply open up your home. Admit it or don't, but you've opened up your heart all the same.
Their's is slowly following, if its reluctant at all.
1. Comment with your character, preferences, & what role you'd like to play.
2. Tag others.
3. Thread

[...he couldn't help but comment. But he takes off his hat first and then his jacket and shirt follow close by. He looked over at his shoulder once clothes are gone- yes, he definitively dislocated it.]
Probably happened when I jumped off the roof.
[He has the urge to snatch the washcloth from Aoba and do things his way.]

[As much as he’d like to smack Noiz for making a comment like that, Aoba would really rather not contribute to the injuries he’d already sustained. Looking at Noiz’s bare back, it was obvious that he’d dislocated his shoulder.]
Guess we’ll take care of that first… Ready?
[Aoba grabs Noiz’s arm, carefully lifting it. Although he could only remember bits and pieces of his teenage years, he knew he’d dislocated his shoulder before at least once. It was an easy fix, but it left him feeling nervous all the same. Gripping Noiz’s arm, he raises it a bit higher before applying a bit of force to the shoulder blade, pushing it back into place.]
...Phew! There we go. Feel any better?

...It doesn't look weird anymore.
[Which means that Aoba did a good job. Noiz briefly wonders where did Aoba learn to do this, but he gets distracted by short (too short) 'pi' sounds coming from the pocket of his jacket.]
I need to use your computer.
[He most likely smashed Usagimodoki when he fell, so data transfer is in order.]

[He’d ask Noiz to wait until after he’d completely treated his wounds, but hearing the shrill cry of his Allmate, perhaps taking care of Usagimodoki was more important at the moment. He didn’t particularly mind letting Noiz borrow his computer. Having gotten to know the kid a little better, Aoba figured things would be alright. And, just in case Noiz did mess with any of his files, he could always re-dislocate that shoulder of his. Fair trade, right?]
Alright, but I’m not done with you yet, hear me? I’ll finish dressing those wounds upstairs while you’re working on the computer.
[Aoba figured Noiz might not like him hovering over his shoulder while working on the computer, but that was too bad. He was going to patch up those wounds whether Noiz appreciated the effort or not.]

Do as you want.
[He grabs his jacket and shirt and heads upstairs.
Noiz can't really complain because he might not be allowed to use the computer. He's not attached to his Allmate like Aoba is to Ren, but good sum of money is stored in usagi. And with his shoulder back in its place, he doesn't really care about other wounds. They will heal up, treated or no.]

It’s for your own good, okay? If you go out looking like that, you’re gonna attract unwanted attention. Anyway, the computer’s right there.
[Setting his supplies down, Aoba gets everything prepared. He sighs more out of relief than out of exasperation- he knew Noiz’s tolerance for pain was, well, very high, but he couldn’t help worrying.]
...You sure you’re feeling okay?

I'm fine. This will heal like it always does.
[And Aoba seems to be intent in dressing his wounds so they will heal up even more faster. And he's right, he will draw attention looking all bloody and beaten up. This will help things out.]
