On Your Doorstep

On Your Doorstep
They ended up on your doorstep, quite literally. Bloody, possibly. Bruised, most definitely, though the wounds may be mental. You probably don't know them from Adam, yet you couldn't find it in you to turn them away - whether they wanted you to or not. So you opened up your home, just for a little while.
But it's getting to be more than a little while. Both of you are finding a comfort zone, because you didn't simply open up your home. Admit it or don't, but you've opened up your heart all the same.
Their's is slowly following, if its reluctant at all.
1. Comment with your character, preferences, & what role you'd like to play.
2. Tag others.

Re: Barry Allen l The Flash l ota
[Barry stands up wincing as he slowly pulls off his suit. He looks sad when he sees how burned it is.]
Cisco is gonna kill me....if Wells doesn't get there first.
I went after Ronnie because we think we can get him and the other guy Martin Stine apart. But we kind need him...them to be in the lab.
Re: Barry Allen l The Flash l ota
[ Seriously. How has no one thought that through? She starts tending to burns, trying to be gentle and thorough all in one go. ]
Maybe he needs convincing in a less violent manner?
Re: Barry Allen l The Flash l ota
[Barry winces again and tries to muffle a cry of pain. for all his super healing stuff still hurts]
I tried talking to him but it's kind of hard to talk to two people in one body when you aren't sure who you are talking to.
Re: Barry Allen l The Flash l ota
[ It seems to make the most sense to her. She gives Barry an apologetic look as she continues treating burns. ]
Maybe they're both listening and that's part of the problem. You try appealing to one and he other gets ignored. Maybe they both want to be heard?
Re: Barry Allen l The Flash l ota
Huh...that might work. Not sure how to do that though. But maybe Catilin and I could do it together Ronnie would hear her...kind of like when you call me an idiot.
Re: Barry Allen l The Flash l ota
[ Injuries have been tended to! Now Lara's leaning in to kiss him briefly. ]
And I should hope you'd hear me if you were in that situation. You're my idiot and I don't share well.
[ She says this with love. ]
Re: Barry Allen l The Flash l ota
[Barry leans in and kisses back.]
I always hear you...when you actually listen to me that is.
[He's teasing of course. He knows who wears the pants in this relationship.]
Re: Barry Allen l The Flash l ota
Call your friends. Let them know you're fine. And tell them you're staying here tonight.
[ She really doesn't care what they may think. It's not like she and Barry are keeping things quiet, anyway. ]
Re: Barry Allen l The Flash l ota
Yes mom. Jeeze you are getting as bad as Wells and Joe. It's like I have three dads sometimes instead of just one....Dad one says hi by the way.
[Barry grabs Lara's cell phone from within the paper piles since the communicator on the suit is fried and dials. He chats on the other end of the line for a bit and then hangs up.]
Collective sigh of relief from Team Flash...and Wells says that thing you wanted him to fix is ready.
