[Death and grief is something everyone needs to deal with at one point in their lives. While Klavier hasn't personally dealt with death just yet, sometimes he thinks he'd prefer that to the truth. Knowing two of the closest people to him had done something so despicable as take the life of another... And to think his brother, someone he loved and admired so deeply, so genuinely, had fallen to the darkness like he'd feared... It pains him to think about it. He can hardly handle it at times-- sometimes he wonders if it's worth it to reach out to others if it seems as if you'll never truly know them. It's a set up for failure, for disappointment.

Still, at least he still has him. As far as he thinks he even knows who his brother is anymore.

Loss is loss and Klavier still hasn't learned to deal with it. But misery does love company, after all, and he does rather like the company of this particular defense attorney.]

How does that saying go again? "Time heals all wounds"?

I wish for the eradication of human corruption... or the universal downfall of corrupt government.
