Normally, that's not an issue, but tonight you have a friend over. Maybe it's the safest place, maybe it's hurricane season and your house is the only one out of the path of the storm. Stop trying to figure out the details, just get over it and share the bed with that person! Sexy times are not required. Intimacy is not required. Just share the damn bed already.

It took the last sputtering gasps of the candles around him to let Aldmor know what time it was. He had expected to be writing into the dark, but not this late. What little candlelight remained showed him he had actually finished, however. Honestly, the cleric wasn't sure if he'd written this much about the nature and limits of divine magic even when he'd been but an acolyte in the classroom.

Besides, it all seemed a little redundant anyway, since he and the lady sorcerer Hermione had spoken on and on about her magic versus his, the natures of both as far as they were understood and their capabilities for hours before she had requested he write it all down. She had said something about "the furthering of knowledge". Still, it helped to serve as a permanent treatise on the subject, he supposed. "I'm done," he called, unable to restrain the powerful yawn in the middle.

[A normal night of drinking would have had Sarah still capable of walking back to her flat in one piece. A normal night of drinking would have taken place at a pub, with her people watching, letting her gaze wander from one person to another. last night was not a normal night. Nope, she had decided to drink with a God, thinking if she paced herself things would be fine. One drink made her feel perfectly a-okay. The second drink...that's when things got extremely blurry.

Whatever happened after the third drink had Sarah laying in bed with the God she was trying to out drink, cuddled next to him in wrinkled clothes. She wasn't interested in waking up, only taking in his warmth with her hand searching for bed sheets or covers to draw over herself.]
