[ chew toy, huh.

he tilts his head and chews on his hair. ]

[Okay, he didn't exactly expect that.

Ennoshita breaks away and pushes back, nearly hitting his head against the wall in his surprise and jc Kuroo how do you just do these things without a second thought?]

[trashcaptain]

What? Did I bite you?

[ scoots closer... ]

[returnvolley]

You're insufferable, you know that?

[He groans, shoving him back so he can stop scooting, his face so red now.]

[trashcaptain]

[ he doesn't try to pry his hands away, but he does press his body a bit more into ennoshita's, placing his palm on the wall behind him and pushes their foreheads together. ]

Hey.

[returnvolley]

[Jeez. Ennoshita shifts from pushing him to gripping the front of his shirt, frowning despite how embarrassed he feels, or maybe because of it.]

Kuroo-san...

[trashcaptain]

Are your eyes closed?

[returnvolley]

Does it make a difference?

[But no they're too close, so he does close his eyes at that.]

[trashcaptain]

[ man you talk too much.

he tilts his head and leans in, brushing their lips together. ]

I want to finish what I couldn't last time.

[returnvolley]

[Says the guy talking to him as he kisses him.

He tenses for a moment, trying to gauge how he's supposed to do this (and there goes his first kiss) before he wills himself to relax and just press forward. Not quite how he expected it to happen.]

[trashcaptain]

[ there's such a thing as atmosphere: when it's dark, and you're alone with someone, and you're pressed together with them, it's hard to keep one's mind form wandering about. this barely counts as a kiss, however-- or that was the case when kuroo merely swiped their lips together, but as ennoshita presses forward...

well, he's a victim of the atmosphere, too. kuroo ends up pushing into him gently, kissing him a bit more properly this time but still keeping him basically trapped. ]

[That would be a great reason for this, if Ennoshita could come up with the same conclusion. Honestly, Kuroo was kind of annoying, and he teased a lot and he made him feel embarrassed about assumptions, but those weren't forefront on his mind right now. He's infuriating, but apparently he's some sort of masochist to think that's a good reason for actually pursuing the kiss.

His lips feel a little chapped and the wall was hard behind him, but he eases into it and tries to relax his shoulder, parting his lips slightly to deepen the kiss before he remembers he actually needs to breathe one day.

[ he's surprised at how little resistance he's putting, but it only feels like ennoshita is going through with it for the sake of the experience of going through with it, not because he feels anything for kuroo-- which is fine, and perfectly acceptable. it's not like kuroo is in love with him or whatever, so he's not hurt.

in fact, he responds to it the same way, licking his lips to keep them both from being too dry, pulling back to smirk (not that he can see it). ]

You can breathe.

[returnvolley]

[No, not in love. That's too much from two meetings. (Then again, so is a kiss, but who's counting?) He's a little surprised that it was done so fast, blinks for a moment to try adjusting his eyes to the darkness and--

Well, that was okay, he guesses.]

Thanks. [For letting him breathe. Though now he's going back to ducking his head and using the break as opportunity hide his face from Kuroo because gods why did he do that? Did they have a blanket? Because now they do and he's going to try hiding under that in mortification.]

[trashcaptain]

[ nope. slides himself under the blanket to keep him company, too. ]

What? What happened? Are you embarrassed?

[returnvolley]

[Why do you do this to him and his poor heart? Just let him hide in peace.]

I shouldn't have done that.

[trashcaptain]

You barely did anything.

[returnvolley]

That's more than what I ever planned on. [And technically he did sort of made it more than it was meant to be, so that's something to him.]

[trashcaptain]

Was that your first kiss?

[returnvolley]

[Yes.]

Just go to sleep already.

[Let him die of mortification while you sleep or something.]

[trashcaptain]

Oh-- so it was?

Aw, man. Now I feel bad for taking it like that from you.

[returnvolley]

It wasn't like I hadn't expected it.

[It's not even the first kiss thing so much as it's because he kissed him in the first place (it was nice but that wasn't the point). Not that he'll say as much.] I'm not that sentimental.

[trashcaptain]

I see.

[ well, it was dark enough without the blanket, but now he really can't see a thing. ]

You don't have to feel so guilty about it. [Actually, that makes him feel bad, he hadn't expected that kind of reaction. He's glad he's only judging things by tone at least, the darkness helps.] You're that bothered?
