Maybe. I'd suggest you pick a portmanteau that isn't already a word, though.

You're being frumpy again. ((She reminds him casually, completely ignoring him because Piper... generally does whatever she wants.)) It's kinda cute in an old man kind of way, though, so I guess it's okay.

((And now for dramatic groans.)) You're like my big brother, except you actually have frown lines, considering you're not protected by the Chives Family Genetics. You should take more care.

[There's the faintest bit of a shrug for that. His eyes drop briefly before he prompts himself forward to take back the emptied glass.]

I mean, doesn't everyone, technically? No two people talk alike. Not even my twin and I really speak similarly. Then again, we don't really look that similar either.

[There's emphasis in the shake of his head.] There are absolutely conventions of speech.

Well, I'm an unconventional kind of person. ((And it's said with a certain air of stubbornness, like she's trying to convince herself of the fact.))

Well. I guess as long as you're not hurting anyone.

[Which he'd sincerely doubt, even just from this conversation.]

I'd never hurt anyone. Unless they were mean - then, all bets are off. But you're not mean. You're grumpy, but you're a friend, so you're safe. ((And the impish grin is back.))

[The chuckle in his throat is genuine, if a little tired.] Good to know.
