Seven Minutes In Heaven
![]() |
RULES • Leave a comment with your character's name and fandom. • RNG for a number between 1-10 to get your scenario. Mix and match! • Have fun! |
SCENARIOS 01) One In A Million | The other person is the only reason you agreed to play this game and now you have them right where you've hoped for all night! Get it, tiger. 02) Not My Type | This is hella awkward. Is it their voice? Attitude? Appearance? You just don't want those lips anywhere near yours. Seven Minutes In Heaven, more like Seven Minutes Of Nope. 03) Seventy Minutes | You're so involved in smooching that neither of you notices the door has been locked and everyone else has left the room! Not until it's too late. 04) Unrequited | Tell them how you feel (so many! emotions!!). Even if you're a little too enthusiastic and your love is unrequited you have seven minutes of smooching to do, as per game rules. You can't fail! 05) Seconds and Thirds | Some self-proclaimed funny man outside upped the stakes and now a third party has been shoved inside with the two of you. Make the most of it! (Three-way threads ahoy!) 06) Taken | One of you has a significant other and your seven minutes are spent smooching anyway. Oops. 07) Strangers in the Hangers | Hello there, Good Looking. Where has this hottie been all night? Who cares, now they're yours! 08) Long Lost Smooches | You haven't seen them in forever and didn't know they were going to be here tonight. Resolve that UST! 09) Party Pooper | One of those involved is upset because of #PartyShit and now they're trapped in a closet after getting dragged into playing a game they tried to avoid. Cheer them up? 10) Get A Room | Your seven minutes are up but neither of you wants to stop. Relocate to a spare room! |

Maybe I'll get the chance to ask her more about it someday. [She didn't know if that was possible, but maybe... Celsius had been a great spirit after all. The rules they follow aren't always the same as the lesser spirits. Plus she was Maxwell, after all. There had to be something she could do in that regard.
She plucks a book from the higher shelf and returns to sit on the bed... and proceeds to begin removing her ridiculously complicated footwear. How do they even work? Nobody knows but her as she bends her leg up, heel against the side of the bed, and easily unties the various straps. She slips them down her thigh.]
I'm sure a spirit like her won't stay down for long.

he's so lost in thought he doesn't notice Milla stripping just yet...]

Of course in the end it was ultimately up to the individuals to remember or not. Her will had been strong enough to allow it. Not every human and spirit possessed such determination. When she became Maxwell she learned in more detail what had happened to her when she had died.]
I think she would possess the strength to be reborn that way if she wanted. [Well if he isn't noticing that's fine too. She's still going because let's be honest, Milla doesn't actually like wearing clothes. She only does it because she knows it is not socially acceptable otherwise. (Thanks for explaining that one, Ivar. Your sacrifice will always be remembered.)
When the boots are off she proceeds to pretty much take off the rest of it. Or at least just the outer "jacket" anyway.
seriously how does her outfit even work though] So it seems fair to give her the chance.1/2
[hm.] It'd be happiest if they could be together again somehow, but that probably isn't possible anymore. [who knew where Howe had ended up. As a spirit, or already born again as another human being... It was a little depressing to think about, even if it's a natural cycle.]
no subject
Whatever it was, he forgets it.]
Milla!
no subject
But-- [She starts but his startled outburst cuts her off. She blinks.] What?
[She's discarded all the extra fabric of her clothes on the floor and is sitting quite comfortably on her bed. She sees nothing wrong with this as this state of dress (or... undress...) is much more comfortable.]
no subject
[he's freaking out just a little but can anyone honestly blame him? He has no idea what she might be thinking right now... or how far she's planning to go.]
no subject
I don't really like wearing so many layers if I don't have to. [Except she barely wears any to begin with.]
no subject
[that's underwear, Milla. Not clothes. He can't look directly at her anymore.]
no subject
Sorry. I always relax like this. [Well, usually anyway.] Does it bother you that much?
no subject
[well it is if you add "hot and". but no Jude this conversation is going to go nowhere good abort abort.]
no subject
I can change. [She supposed if it wasn't appropriate to walk around like this outside maybe it wasn't right to dress this way with another person present either. Even if it was in the privacy of a room. So she gets up again (her walking around like that probably isn't helping) and approaches the small dresser in the corner of the room. Maybe there was extra clothing in there or something.]
no subject
[It's not her fault he can't control his hormones. He doesn't want to make her feel bad on his account.]
no subject
She pulls out a shirt, examines it, and then tries it. It's long, past her hips, but... doesn't button over her boobs. She tries, but.... nope. That will not work at all.
All right, nevermind. She takes it off instead and huffs.] Clothing is so cumbersome. I don't think there's anything in here that will fit me anyway. [So it looks like she's staying half naked then. Sorry Jude.]
no subject
I'm not uncomfortable, it's just...
[he has to pause because he has to watch her try to button that shirt and fail. Milla...
...
but no. He really has to tell her. They're practically dating now, they should discuss issues like this, shouldn't they? ...Right?]
You're a very attractive woman, and when you wear things like that you're even more attractive. I don't want to make you uncomfortable.
[Not that milla would actually be but it's the principle. he's supposed to be a gentleman, not someone like Alvin.]
no subject
She turns around to face him fully and blushes. Oh.... well.............]
It doesn't make me uncomfortable that you think that. [Isn't finding the other person you love physically attractive part of the equation? All her suggestively titled books seemed to imply that it was physical attraction first that even drew people together. Well, humans.
She may have slightly misunderstood what he actually meant by telling her this but still... she really didn't mind if he thought that way. Even if the admission made her feel a different sort of uncomfortable. ... No, wrong word again. It was more... embarrassment. But not a bad sort of embarrassment? She felt weirdly flattered. ... This was complicated.]
no subject
Well.... that's good, then. [wow Jude can you sound any lamer? He mentally kicks himself over not knowing what to say.]
no subject
She stands there a little awkward for a moment before returning to the drawers to properly shut them.
Then she crosses the room where he sits and leans down, giving him a brief kiss against the corner of his mouth. She actually kind of missed his lips but that worked too as it's feather light and quick.
Milla pulls away just as quickly as she arrived and smiles.] Don't worry so much, Jude. [She says that even knowing he will probably worry anyway.]
no subject
You know it's easier to say that than do it.
no subject
Speaking off, she takes his hand and pulls at his arm, urging him to his feet.]
Now, shouldn't you go to asleep? It's important to get your rest. [It's at least well after midnight at this point.]
no subject
I'm not really that tired yet. [this is sort of true, and sort of not. He's tired, but he has so much adrenaline from everything that had happened pumping through him that actually calming down and falling asleep seems like a far-off thing.]
no subject
[This had been a nice repose but things needed to get back on track. And who knew when Ludger would need to deal with another fractured dimension.]
no subject
[she does have a point. It's just down to whether he can calm down enough to sleep. Also, he's still wearing all his clothes....
...
well he can take off his coats, that's not scandalous at least.]
no subject
It's important for humans to get their rest. [She remembers this well! From when the Four were not with her that is. Nowadays she doesn't need to sleep... though she certainly can and sometimes actually does. Mostly to not feel left out of everyone else's need to sleep but sometimes it did actually just feel better than meditating.
Also Jude taking off his jackets would definitely not be nearly as scandalous as her taking off her.... "jacket".
She releases his hand and nods.] The others are probably asleep as well. [Well, maybe some of them.]
