In this meme, someone has been involved in some kind of an animal transformation, either completely or partially. This can range from a character being forced to wear plush ears and a tail to a twisted science experiment to lycanthropy or any other option in between, temporary or permanent, played for crack or for drama.

The transformed character might have been forced into it, did it voluntarily, or were brainwashed into enjoying every minute of it. The "animal" nature might affect them at different levels as well, where one person might be completely unchanged mentally, a human stuck in the wrong shape, while another completely loses themselves in whatever they've become, being entirely taken over by base animal instincts.

Is this a prank? A dare? Did someone lose a bet? Did you get on the wrong side of a mad scientist? Is the other person a friend? Your new owner? Your worst enemy gloating over your plight? Pick an option or make up your own, and let the fur fly.

I had no idea. At all. I just thought you were staring at the ears.

[ this gets blurted out with a laugh- ]

Yeah? I was staring at you way before-

[Stiles, you were a stupid, stupid man. Maybe he should pull his head out of the ass of danger from time to time and notice hot redheads staring at him. Jesus.]

[ just this face! with a slow nod. and a flick of her tail.]

[The flick brings his eyes down to the tail, which makes him realize that his is hurting a little from sitting on it, so he sort of pulls it out and smooths it down.]

Oh. I didn't, ah...

I didn't know that. About you. That you... thought that. That's... that's interesting.

[ really, that's the word he's going with? she's just going to get comfy in the chair again, still facing him, but she's all slouched and kind of curled up, head resting sideways. like he's just the most i n t e r e s t i n g thing in the world right now ]

Uh, yeah. Really... really interesting.

[Stop twitching, stupid tail.]

[ yeah seriously, tail. fluffy thing. how is she supposed to resist trying to capture it? that's like, werecat 101. must pounce. her eyes keep- peeking down at it, where it's flicking near the pedals, and she knows there's literally no way she can go after it, but it's really tempting, it is. ]

Interesting can mean a lot of things, Stiles.

Yeah? Oh, I guess so.

[He was kind of distracted with finding out the hot redhead was interested in him.]

Well, I think it's cute that you're interested in that fact. The fact that you're rambling about it, that's pretty cute, too.

[ she sighs, smiling up towards the rearview mirror, like she's lost in la la land for a second ]

I so don't need this. Maybe it's good you're not keeping your features. I might stand a chance in being able to focus around you again once they're gone. Maybe. But then, I really thought you knew I thought you were attractive before and you were just good at being cool about it. Now I know you get all babbley and that really- that just. [ she exhales, like she's talking about some really heavy stuff here. so complex. ]

[Was he supposed to apologize? He felt like he was supposed to apologize. He looked down at his tail again, ears drooping a bit and flicking to the sides in confusion.]

[ both hands move up to cover her face as she "aww"-laughs again, but then she's reaching to grab his hand, or his forearm maybe, just some part of him so she knows she's not actually mad. apparently physical contact is needed to put that point across. ]

[This was rocky and treacherous terrain. It was also unfamiliar. How to deal with a girl who's a were who's into you. Huh... Made more difficult by the fact that his tail started wagging at the tip when she grabbed his arm.

Okay. Good. So... I'm not sorry. I'm... confused about what this entire conversation has been about, to be honest.

What, like, from top to bottom? Well. [ Rachel he probably doesn't need a reca- ] I wanted to talk to you because I thought you were a were, like me, which would have been really fun. But then you told me you aren't a were, and that you have werewolf friends already. But I didn't even know there were any other weres in the school at all! So. The conversation got a little not-as-fun for a bit. And then I told you your ears add to your hotness, which I didn't think would be a shock to you, but it was, and now we're here.

Discussing the fact that I think you're cute and you think that's interesting.

When someone says they're confused about a conversation and adds "to be honest", yes. Yes, I do.

[He sighed and leaned his head back, ears sideways before he turned to look at her.]

Many, many things. Most of them to do with how the female mind works. One minute you're trying to run away and the next you're curled up there all... cat-like and telling me you've been gawking at me.

You told me I was better off not trying to avoid getting to know your werewolf friends. Which, by extension means you. Doesn't it?

It was just the natural progression of the conversation, foxy. Part of my compelling argument why I think you should keep the ears. You're the one that made it a thing.

Yeah, but then you listened and now you're just... okay with it.

[So maybe he was used to a little more freaking out. Rachel was clearly not part of the normal spectrum of people he dealt with. Was this a good or bad thing?

Just because I'm not scrambling to run away doesn't mean I'm totally peachy with the idea. I mean, you're still here and you're friends with them, right? So. Logically, on some level, being friends with a werewolf doesn't mean you're going to die sooner than later. I get that now.
