[Unknowing echoing her thoughts, he turns and keeps the gas pedal down as he heads far, far away from the Tate residence.]
Kind of hoping he wouldn't want to risk hitting you.
no subject
[ This isn't animal planet. She shrugs and settles back in her seat, assured that there will indeed be no gunfire. ]
no subject
Can you, uh... can you do that thing all werewolves seem to be able to do and get in through my window?
no subject
[ She doesn’t move to get out yet, just turns to look at him like WAS I BROUGHT HERE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES. Safety first. ]

no subject
It’d better be unlocked.
no subject
[He usually left it unlocked in case Scott needed something.]
I'll see you inside. Be careful, okay?
no subject
no subject
But he went inside, quiet and trying to play it off like he was just coming home to go to bed. Just him. Only him. No one else but him. He was quiet as he headed up the stairs and over to his room, but he saw the light on under his dad's door. Yep. Waiting up for him. He knew it. Hopefully he could get to sleep now and he looked back when he reached his room to see the light flick off. Good. His dad needed all the rest he could get.]

She presses her face to the glass to search the darkened room, then tries to wedge it open, fingers prying beneath the window to push it up. Success! She tumbles into the room with a great deal less grace than she had demonstrated getting up to it. ]
no subject
[He turns the light on, then shuts the door, holding out a hand for her to not move for a second. Shh. Quiet. Did they disturb Stilinski sr?
...
..
.
No. They were good. He went over to help her up, having dropped her bag near the door.]
Are you okay? Shit, I'm sorry.
no subject
[ Oh, are we whispering? Her eyes widen a little bit as she makes this basic observation and glances around, hushing just slightly and using an inside voice. Not a real whisper, but an inside voice. ]
I’ve had worse.
[ She accepts his help up and turns to shut the window, fussing with the blinds a little. ]
no subject
[But she did seem fine, so he backed off, moving to go over to her bag and pick it up to bring over to his desk.]
Um, I don't know if you're tired right now. I've got movies you can watch if you want.
no subject
Sure.
[ She will take this opportunity to nose around his desk. At least she's not sniffing anything. (Mostly because she's trying to pretend she has no sense of smell, especially not a super-sense. Teenage boy leaves a lot to be desired.) ]
no subject
Okay. What're you in the mood for? Wait, do you want to change first? I can go into the bathroom and change and you can... here.
no subject
Something funny. [ Action movies are stupid and get everything wrong, she has learned. She pulls a different shirt out of her backpack, giving him the cue to bail if he so desires. ]
no subject
But he sees her pull out the shirt and goes over to his dresser to grab sleep pants and a sleep t. Then out the door he goes, down the hall to the bathroom.
May as well use it while he's there and wash his hands. Again. >>
Don't judge him, Malia. He had to make sure he didn't embarrass himself. And being quiet was something he was used to in terms of this activity. It didn't take long and he washed his hands rigorously with soap, scrubbing at them until they were red before he dried off and went back to his room, tapping lightly at the door.]
You dressed?
no subject
She strips out of her shorts and shirt, discarding her bra and leaving it on her backpack when she wrestles her night shirt on. She’s already going to be stuffy and uncomfortable; she’s not putting up with straps and wires on top of it. She pulls on athletic shorts, and is well into combing his closet when he knocks on the door.
As she answers, she closes the closet door. ] For about five minutes now, yeah. [ Exaggeration or not, it makes her point. She pulls his bedroom door open to let him back in. Her nose twitches and she rubs the heel of her hand over it as she turns away from him, hopping onto the bed and crossing her legs. ]
no subject
He went over to the hamper, tossing in his clothes and setting the contents of his pockets on his desk. He was grabbing his laptop when he saw--
Yep. That was a bra. Which mean she wasn't... shit. Nope. No thinking of that.
He pushed it out of his head and turned, giving her a weak grin.]
Okay, something funny. So, what kind of things do you find funny? Three stooges? Potty humor? What?
no subject
Kira and I watched Mean Girls. That was good. [ And falls into neither mentioned category, let the record show. She may have over-identified with crazy jungle-chans Lindsey Lohan and missed some of the jokes, ok, but it was still good. ]
no subject
[It was kind of a favorite and he if couldn't get her to watch Star Wars, he'd drag her kicking and screaming through the man baby that was Will Ferrall.]
no subject
[ Seriously. ]
No. Put it on.
[ She packs the sass away and grabs a pillow, then scoots over to make room for him. ]
no subject
[There's a smile there as he moves to crawl onto the bed, sitting with his back against the headboard and moving the blankets to pull over his lap. He holds them up so she can get under if she wants.
The laptop will go on his lap, angled so she can see it as he opens it and queues up the movie.]
You want anything? Something to eat or anything?
no subject
[ With that, she climbs under the covers with him and settles in against the headboard, pulling her hair over one shoulder and leaning against him to get in close enough to see the screen. Truthfully, she's already a little tired, but she's not gonna feel particularly guilty for falling asleep mid-movie. ]
no subject
[And he'll sit and watch the movie with her, halfway to nodding off when he notices she has as well. He's quiet when he turns the movie off, sliding the laptop onto the side table and closing it before he starts to try to... wiggle down so he's lying down properly instead of up against the headboard -- all while trying to get her to wiggle down with him. Kind of hard, okay?]
