Does Canada even have Scouts? I wonder if they're more hardcore than the American ones.

They're called the Girl Guides of Canada. I'm not sure if "hardcore" is the right word for little girls who sell cookies, but who knows?

I was hoping they'd be forced to tame the wilderness and like, punch bears and stuff. Lame.

Well, for what it's worth -- like I said, I never was a scout. So maybe they just keep their bear-punching ways a secret from the general public.
