A Pillow Fort

...I saw people on TV making something like this, and it looked fun...so I wanted to make one too.

[He picks up a pillow, hugging it. He miiiiight possibly be pouting...]

... Just what exactly would they show on tv that made this? [What is this even? It just looks like piles of pillows.]

It's supposed to be like a, um..house, or something. But made out of pillows.

...Though now I guess it's not anything.

[pollenstalks]

A... house? [Stares. Maybe it did resemble some kind of shelter but...] What's the purpose of such a thing?

Because it's fun. [Don't you know how to play, Aki...] Plus it was really comfy in there.

[pollenstalks]

But then you took all the pillows in the house for this. What if everyone else needed to sleep?

[He really doesn't...]

Then they could sleep here with me!

That's not what the pillows are for! [Nope, never.] How can you even sleep in a place like this?

[twomeals]

? Why not? Pillows are for sleeping with, right? And that's what I'm doing. [Still smiling. And patting the pillows next to him, invitingly.] It's really comfy, do you want to try?

[pollenstalks]

You'd sleep even without the pillows. [Or so he's heard.

Hrm...] That isn't the point of this.

That's true...but pillows are still nice to have.

[...] What's the point then?

I... er... to sleep on, I suppose.

[Well, that is the point of pillows, yes.]

So I'm using them right after all.

[He doesn't want to admit that so he's turning away with a click of his tongue. Fine. You win, fox.]

......So you're not going to join me?

Why would I do such a thing? [After his long lecture and all!]

Why not? You could take an afternoon nap. [And since he's got all the pillows this is now the best spot for naps.]

That only works if I'm actually tired. [...] But I'll accompany you.

[Another victory!! Look at him excitedly making room among the pillows for you, Akiyoshi.]

[Yue why….

He’ll take the corner furthest from Yue, which admittedly isn’t very far given it’s not a particularly large pillow fort anyway. Still, it’s the thought that counts, right?]

[Once Aki's seated Yue will just lie back down and make himself comfortable again. He looks really happy too, as if Aki sitting there makes this nap ten times better.]

It's really comfy with all these pillows, don't you think, Akiyoshi?

... Do you always need so many when you nap? [Genuine curiousity here. This looks like it would give him a backache.]
