[there should be a rule of no-drinking-for-anna because it's clearly only going to end poorly (or, more accurately, ridiculously). she's totally a giggling mess, dancing all over the place, and almost tripping over the skirt of her dress. at least she's an incredibly cheerful, friendly drunk, because she's going to babble and smile at hans with that adorable, trusting look she has.

the coronation wasn't as entertaining as she'd hoped, but getting to talk to hans was the best part, and when they just kept refilling her drink with each pass of a tray, it was hard to keep track of how much she'd gone through.]

[ Drunkenness sometimes leads to rowdiness, especially if you're a pirate. Some guy thought it would be a good idea to hassle Killian about his hook. Needless to say, one way or another punches were thrown and alcohol wasted and soon there was a brawl in the middle of the pub. The Captain had every intention of finishing what he may or may not have started. However there was a good chance the authorities were going to get involved before that happened. ]

It was a night of celebrations, filled with wary kind of joy and happiness, while the weight of worries and concerns larger remained on their hearts and minds. But a moment of relaxation like this was quite welcome, even for an elf. Legolas, ordinarily difficult to shake or sway, felt the battle of the Helm's Deep, while they made their last stand, deep in his bones. The very real possibility of his perishing, leaving the Middle-Earth for the Halls of Mandor when there was still so much to do, so much to see, was frightening, plain and simple.

Not saw, not many would anyway, for Legolas was quite content on focusing on the here and now and leaving the past behind him. And the here and now was joyful, distracting well enough to bring relief to his own worries as well, no matter how different Men and Dwarves and Hobbits celebrated from the Silvan Elves. Ale, drinks and food was aplenty, laughter could be heard from all around the room, music and conversation as well.

It also seemed to be a night of challenges. First Gimli, proud and confident, put forth his all to win a drinking game against Legolas, much to Eomer's both amusement and bemusement. Legolas won easily, though it had still been a while before Gimli dropped like a dead weight of a short but sturdy dwarf off his seat. Simply passed out with too much drink running in his veins, not a matter of concern, except maybe for the dwarf's mood the following day. Legolas put the last mug down, looking to Eomer with a dark eyebrow quirked in question, but almost immediately the man raised his hands, wise enough now after witnessing what he had. Next Legolas' gaze fell on Merry, standing near-by and watching curiously. "Care to join me for a drinking game?" He said with an easy, encouraging smile gracing his lips.
