"Your sweet tooth is legendary." He watches with pride and since they're alone on the range very obvious desire. He could watch Clint shoot and the play of muscles for hours. The man is incredibly beautiful.

"Very cute, Clint."

"You talking about me or my shooting?" He asks smirking a little as Phil, his hand moving along the bow. "Phil this is great, it's perfect." He grins a little, picking up another arrow and aiming for another target. "It's one of the reasons we get along." He tells Phil letting more arrows fly.

He shoots for a bit more making different shapes on the targets, getting lost in it, the way he does when he shoots for fun. None of the tension he carries when he's on an opp.

"Cute is not the best word to describe you." Beautiful, incredible, and handsome come to mind but not cute. That doesn't mean Clint can't be cute. Phil often finds him adorable but right now he's beautiful and he's all Phil's.

He smiles lovingly, "I'm glad, Clint."

He finally sets the bow down and starts cleaning up the arrows and tucking everything away nice and safe. He moves over to Lucky ruffling his ears handing him a dog biscuit and calling him a good boy. The dog licked at his face wagging his tail.

"And you are a good little boy too." He smiles giving a treat to Doughnut. "Listen to you big brother and you'll be an awesome dog too." He chuckles softly.

"I could give you a treat too, but you probably want it later." He winks at Phil.

"No, you're giving me a treat now." He hooks a finger in Clint's belt loop and pulls him in for a kiss that hints at what's to come when they get home later that evening.

"Do you want to go home and change before we head to Stark's?" They could catch a cab from the apartment or drive and make it not too late.

There is no resistance as Phil is pulled in close Lucky dancing around their feet as they kiss trying to join in on the affection, Doughnut yipping a little wiggling under Phil's arm. "I'm good to head out." He smiles against Phil's lips.

"Then let's go before you distract me some more." Phil hopes he never stops wanting Clint the way he does. He keeps an arm around him as they head out once again. The party will be a change for them but it will be nice to celebrate their happiness with friends who honestly care about them.

Clint leans into Phil as they head out the Lucky keeping pace next to Clint. "You going to carry him the whole way?" Clint chuckles watching watching Phil carrying the Puppy the dog sniffing the air and wiggling a little under Phil's arm.

"Maybe." But Phil put him down because he felt a little ridiculous carrying Doughnut now that Clint had pointed it out. He likes to cuddle.

"Aww I didn't mean for you to set him down." He laughs, "It's adorable you're already carrying him around." He smiles kissing Phil's cheek. "Big bad agent carrying a cute puppy." He smiles, but he is happy he's one of a very few who get to see Phil's softer side.

"He's got to learn to walk on his own." It's a weak excuse but Phil is trying to save face. He doesn't mind being soft for Clint but he still needs to appear like himself at the party.

"Mmm hmm, I should just stop calling it out when you're being cute." He laughs "That way you'll keep doing it." He snorts a little he opens the back door to the black suv and Lucky hops in and curls up. Doughnut tries to jump up, but he's not even close to making it.

He looks up at Clint and yips a little, pulling on the cuff of Clint's jeans, looking up at the car. Clint laughs and picks him up and sets him in the back seat, but then lets out a little hum. "He's still tiny, you think he'll be okay back there?"

"You are not helping me keep my badass reputation." Phil shakes his head at Clint, but his smile is affectionate. He doesn't mind being cute for Clint, but it's only for Clint.

He ruffles Doughnut's ears. "He'll be okay. I'll drive carefully so he won't get tossed around."

Clint looks at Lucky and grins, "Watch you little brother." He says pointing at the dog, and it kind of looks like he might be saluting Clint. The man laughs and climbs into the passenger seat. "We can never let our bosses know how smart he is." He chuckles buckling up.

Phil glances at the dogs in the rear view mirror. "We've got no reason to mention him in any official report." Lucky should be safe from any SHIELD scientist. Although Fitzsimmons might take an interest. Phil would keep an eye on him. "I think he'll be alright."

Clint just smiles and relaxes in the the passenger seat, he reaches over and fiddles with the radio a little finding a good station. "He will, he's good at taking care of us." He smiles a little more. "He'll get Doughnut into shape." He a pauses for a moment and looks over at Phil. "Do we know who Tony invited?"

"I believe he invited the Avengers and a few people from SHIELD, but he didn't actually let me see the guest list or give my opinion on it." Once Clint is done fiddling with the radio Phil catches his hand and slides his fingers through his. He brushes his thumb across his wedding ring. "You'll have plenty of friends to show me off to."

"Oh good, nothing too then." He laugh a little he smiles with Phil takes his hand, he laces their fingers together for a moment. "Good, but if Darcy tries to touch your butt... again... tell her that's my job." He gives Phil a slight wink.

"I can't believe she did that." Phil didn't understand. The first time he met Darcy she had threatened him because SHIELD took her iPod. Then she gropes him. "Why anyone bothers when you're around I don't understand. In a room full of superheroes she gropes me." He knows he's attractive but he can't compete with the likes of Thor and Steve and Clint.

"It's the suit, and you're sexy as hell." He says very seriously, before giving Phil a big smile. "Also she's trying to flirt her way to a new ipod." He laughs softly. "Think I'll get her one for christmas, that says 'keep your hands off my man <3 Clint ' on the back." He grins. "That should do the trick."

Phil rolls his eyes. "If you do that she'll know it bothers you and she'll do it more to get a reaction out of you." He pulls the SUV into the parking lot and once parked learns over and kisses Clint. "No one could take me from you, you know that. You're it for me. Stop worrying about Darcy."

"It doesn't bother me, I just think she's trying to flirt her way to an ipod." he laughs softly and returns the kiss. "Not worried, I got you as much as you're stuck with me." He grins against Phil's lips.

Lucky pokes his head into the front seat and starts licking their faces, he wants in on the affection too. The soft sound of little doughnut yipping in in the back seat trying to join in.

Clint lets out a soft laugh and pushes Lucky's face away gently. "Lucky... come on man."

"She's not going to get one." SHIELD didn't budget for those sorts of things. Darcy would have to get her own.

Phil wipes his face with a hand, laughing softly. "Alright, alright, we'll get you guys out."

He ruffles Lucky's ears and gets out of the car, going around to the back to get both dogs out.

Clint laughs and shakes his head, "I was going to pay for it, not Shield." He says hoping out of the jeep and he moves over to the other side and opens the door picking up Doughnut and snuggling the puppy getting some face licks.

Lucky gets out of the truck and starts the well known path to the elevator sitting waiting for the two men.

"I'm stubborn and think she doesn't deserve one until she asks nicely, but you can do whatever you want. It would be nice to get her off my back." He lets Clint take Doughnut because it's an adorable image.

He opens the elevator door for Lucky and steps in after the dog. He holds the door open until Clint and Doughnut join them. "He's going to be very popular at the party I bed."

He's pretty darn amazing in the comics. Still waiting for Coulson to appear there too.
