The Moment After Meme

You've seen The Morning After, and the Build-Up, and even the Mid-Fuck memes. But what about the moment after characters have done the deed? Do they cuddle or light up a cigarette? Go for seconds or reflect on what just happened? Hop into the shower to wash away their sins? Regret everything?

Well, we'll find out, won't we?

How it works:

- Post with your character, name and fandom in the subject. Include any prefs or no-no's.
- A set-up isn't necessary but hey, if you want, go for it!

- Congrats! They just had sex.

[He isn't about to be inconsiderate and lay on top of the other all night but he can't say he's rushing to get away, either.

At the very least, he digs his knees into the mattress as not to have all of his weight on Alois as Ion shifts a bit against him. His fingers curl into the other boy's hair, knuckles nearly pressed to his head, as Ion deeply inhales. It has felt as though it had been some time since he had actually breathed properly and it is almost enough to have him give up with trying to support himself even a little- it feels almost as his legs are threatening to shake.

His eyes flutter open after he feels that some sense has returned to him. There certainly isn't any shame to follow after what has been done but he is questioning himself; isn't there something that should be said? But he isn't thinking that there is any uncomfortable silence that is following up. Words aren't always necessary, either. Ion merely lifts his head to lightly press a kiss to the other's brow. Thoughtlessly, he rubs a few strands of Alois' hair between a thumb and a finger afterwards.]

[Harvey couldn't remember much about what happened the night before. All he knew now was that he was awake and in someone else's bed. He turned to see who the warm body was next to him and he gasped.]

Bruce Wayne? [He couldn't help the words that tumbled from his lips. He also noticed that they were both naked. What had happened? He could remember the fund raiser party and then there was nothing else. Had he drank that much?]

[ Hermione feels over-warmed, sweaty and exhausted, but not in a bad way. Actually, it's in a rather wonderful way, her heart beating rapidly in her chest and her hands a little shaky as she turns, rolling in the sheets of a king's bed to turn and face Arthur. All of this - the time travelling, meeting Arthur, falling for him, everything - was still shocking and terrifying, enough to make her panic about ever going home, but she was... Happy.

She only hoped Arthur was too.

Lifting her head, she pulled the sheets closer to her body and shifted closer, reaching a hand up to brush some of his hair from his face before she leant down to give him a quick, soft kiss. She's not sure about the rules after a night like that - she doesn't even know that the standard practice of this time was. She's never been with anyone like that, Arthur the first and most special, so she feels a little bit like she's out of her depth. Hermione hates being out of her depth.

So, instead of speaking and ruining the moment, instead of trying to do something and somehow ruining the perfect moment they'd shared, she settles down beside him, watching his face with a quiet sort of agony. ]

Sigh. She always feels like a heel when she lies. Which is why it so rarely happens, but Polly... well, Polly wouldn't understand. ]

[Covers move in a lazy fashion as Adam sits up next to her. He can't feel the covers moving, not in a normal sense, but he knows his legs and torso would have dragged them.

A tug sends some of the cover back and is a reminder of his augmentation. It was almost enough to forget, except for the lack of proper sensation in his hands. Being able to really feel things has nothing on the illusion built on pressure.]

Not too cold was it? [Attention divided, Adam goes about digging in a side table while giving an ear and an occasional glance at her. An occasional glance without shades covering his eyes.]
