I don't think this one has ever been posted to bakerstreet, but it's too cute to pass up!
![]() one. It's your first date, and you're dropping them off at the door. Are they going to lean in? Should you..? two. You have been friends since forever. Everyone knows you like each other, but the moment quite hasn't arisen for the first kiss. Until now. three. Awkward first kisses! Maybe you just bumped noses, or you kissed their chin instead. Time for attempt number two! four. Maybe this is your very first kiss, or maybe it's theirs! Either way, one of you is experienced and the other isn't. What if it turns out really bad?! (But hey, maybe you're a natural.) five. The accidental kiss. Might have tripped over your own feet, or maybe you've collided and they landed on top of you. Either way, your lips are locked- Where you go from there is up to you. six. UST kisses. There's been some sort of tension between you for a while. Maybe you fight all the time, maybe you're in love with each other and you keep getting interrupted before anything happens. Either way, that tension needs to end now! seven. Either pick one, mesh some together, or re-roll! INSTRUCTIONS: • Post with your character! • Reply to other people with your character and go to the RNG to generate a number between 1 and 7. • Match that number to the choices above! • Reply to the thread starter and go from there. • Any rating goes, but no wank, please! :> originally from here. |

You have a skull made of steel.
[Ow. Seriously, ow.]

More like you do. Can't you stand still for five seconds?
[ Pot, meet kettle. ]
no subject
I can. Can you? If you could fly straight you wouldn't have broken both our noses just now.
no subject
At least now we know it was a bad idea, right?
no subject
Is it?

Send help.]Unless you're into getting concussions, I don't know. Maybe?
ugh stoppit with the most adorable icon in the world i can't take it
Perhaps try from the ground up, mm?
mwahaha
You just like being taller.
evil thing, that's what you are
This is ridiculous.
me! never
Uh, I could block that with ice if you ... need some help.
[ This is the worst post-kiss experience of his life, and that's saying something. He broke the Boogeyman. ]

[Not stopping. It's not stopping in the slightest. He makes a noise of disgust and flicks his fingers off onto the ice, then plugs his nose again. Very undignified, indeed.]
Yeth, fine. Go ahead.
['Scuse him as he now sounds as if he has a terrible cold.]
no subject
Come here, haven't you ever stopped one of these before? [ He hops onto a new breeze and floats up, tilting Pitch's chin with a crooked finger. ] Hold still unless you want me to freeze your eyelids shut.
[ Two taps of a fingertip and he pops a bit of ice up each nostril. ]

[He's surprisingly obedient to Jack's commands, his eyes closed as he mentally prepares himself for -]
Mmmh-!
[Scrunching his nose in pain, he might be whimpering a little, his hand quickly covering his nose as he shuffles backwards out of Jack's grip.]
Was this your plan? Or were you expecting this to go somewhere else?

[ It hurt him too, but Jack's a hard frosty nutcase to crack. At least he looks apologetic, and a little like he wants to turn into a snowflake on the spot. ]
Try and breathe through your mouth, it'll help.
[ Don't ask how he knows how to alleviate these symptoms, eep. ]
no subject
[Staring at Jack like he wants to ask just that, he instead says nothing about it, and instead says: ]
Is there blood on my chin.
no subject
[ That was the problem in the beginning. ]
no subject
It shouldn't be this difficult.

[ Shooting up into the air on impulse, Jack's smiling again, albeit upside-down as he decides to ignore the whole failure of a first kiss and put it on his Don't Even Bother pile. It's easier to write off something that hurts than focus on it, especially if he only winds up hurting people because of dumb inexperience. ]
Keep a tissue on that!
[ Minsk is definitely far enough away that be can bury himself in a drift or two without worrying about being found for a few days. ]

[A week later and Pitch has decided to search the little flighty creature out, but it's not easy. He's got a great eye for tracking, and the snow Jack produces varies on his moods, so it's slightly easier on him but he hits three dead ends on the way. That and, well, Jack told him where he was headed, which is always a nice start. Once he's in the general vicinity, reading Jack's fears is like a blinding beacon.]

Perched atop a cathedral's gargoyle, Jack watches the golden lights moving about below from beneath a drawn hood, staff crossed over his chest. The ice under his feet is thick and a little crueler on the old mortar than he'd ordinarily use, giving way to a gentler frost near the balcony of a nearby tower. It's night and he isn't sleeping, but after several days of feeling dispassionately it seems like a good idea to wind down for a while. Frigid winds blow this far up, his only companion. ]

Good evening, Jack.

Hi. [ Anxious about the reason for Pitch's arrival, he offers a lopsided smile that doesn't have much heart to it. ] You scared me. Which ... I guess means a point goes to you.
no subject
It's in my nature.
[Tapping on his knee with two fingers, he offers an unreadable glance up at Manny before returning his attention to Jack.]
How long have you been up here?
no subject
[ When in doubt? Sass even the most serene of creepers. ]
no subject
[Okay then. New tactic. That new tactic is sitting there, peacefully, and saying nothing at all.]
