Lyney... You're family to me too. You and Lynette both mean the world to me. Of course it's different with you, but I don't dare go on over text message. The rest of what I want to say should be spoken of in person.

*You* are a part of what will make my future fulfilling and rewarding. It's far too late for me to turn back now, Lyney. I may not have the true scope of your family's influence, and I know they ask a great deal of you... Even so, I will stand by your side no matter what you must do.

I suppose anything is possible. Is this your way of saying you'd like to settle down with me someday? We'll need a big house for the children we'll be adopting, so keep that in mind.

Haha, I'm glad you think so! I do wish she was a little more talkative around you, but she rarely enters her 'Chat Mode' without being asked. Then again the fact she's relaxed when you're near speaks volumes about how she feels about us.

At some point? Yes. I would! I will eventually run the House of the Hearth. Never in its storied history has it been the home of not one, but two parents. We could represent both discipline and loyalty in its purest forms while providing a loving home... a caring home. The thought is heartening, to say the least.

With you at my side, I know we can accomplish what we both want in life. And yes, perhaps what we wish to say to one another would be best in private. For our own ears only. I'll make my travel brief.
