Or perhaps it's even more complicated than that. Either way, there's nothing sweeter. ③ cracknapping - Okay, so you didn't mean to drink that much, but now you have woken up in a room with a bunch of mascots from the game and what is going on? ④ kidnapped for help - We need you help. Whether you're willingly up to offer it or not. ⑤ kidnapped for their own good - Want to get you out of a bad situation. It's for your own good. Trust us. You're safe now, you won't be hurt any more. ⑥accidental kidnapping - okay. so this wasn't... exactly what was planned. But looks like we've got an extra person now. W H O O P S ??? ⑦ wildcard - Anyway you want it. ii. relationship ① kidnapper and kidnapee - The prize and the thief, what better combination? ② kidnapee and rescuer - Don't worry, they're here to save you. ③kidnapees! - Well. Stuck together. This is a good bonding moment. ④ kidnappers anonymous - All of you need to get together and feel bad about yourselves. ⑤ wild card - That's the way you need it

[It's pitch black, save for the dying fire, and there's a pretty persistent nip in the air.

Christa can't sleep. She's been trying for the past few...minutes? Hours? It's hard to tell when you've got all kinds of questions, fears, and even a tiny bit of anger and frustration all getting whisked together in your head.

Particularly when someone you trusted so wholeheartedly, who had always been by your side since everything went to hell and downward, was involved---maybe even had been behind it?---in this. Now...now Christa wasn't sure anymore. She wanted to believe so desperately that something good would come out of everything in the end. Ymir wouldn't hurt her, right? Ymir had risked her life for her back at the tower. Ymir...hadn't swallowed her whole when she whisked her away...

So why? Why this? Why not just tell her? But Ymir's not around at the moment, so that'll have to wait.

Yet there's Eren. Being conscientious as always, though, Christa feels he's probably got troubles f his own and doesn't want to pile hers on top of it. Besides, he's injured, and...she should let him rest.]

Ere...

[That comes out of her mouth in spite of herself. Her hand has even reached out to touch his shoulder.

She stops herself, as always.

Her footsteps are loud enough to be heard, however, as she moves to sit down not too far away, watching the night sky.]

The second thing he noticed was that he was in a chair rather than a bed, significantly decreasing the chances his hands were tied for any reason he'd want them to be tied. He also noticed, as he opened his eyes, that there was an old man, also a prisoner, and that someone had taken every bit of metal off his person--and out of the room. Including his ring. With night passing and the sun rising, the group couldn't afford to travel any longer; not with exhaustion slowing them down and the titans that had been pursuing them slowly gaining proximity on them. With both Christa and Eren awake, though, they also had to consider the risk of struggle happening again.

Finding a place to rest was difficult, and by the time they reached the next forest Reiner was already struggling to keep from collapsing in on himself while in his massive titan form. With Reiner out of commission, it was up to Bert to dismember Eren's arms from his body. Ymir agreed to handle Christa, who was putting up a fight of her own. That didn't stop Ymir from imposingly displaying possessive body language over her, though. Reiner, take note.

Around mid-afternoon, everyone had already grown weary and Ymir managed to convince Christa to get some rest with the promise of filling her in when she awoke. Eren had been asleep ever since Bert took off his arms, vapour pouring off of him in heaps of smoke as he repeated his healing process. She felt sort of bad for the guy, but she wasn't in any place to help him. He'd have to hold his own for a while, until she could get the upper-hand somehow. If it was at all possible at this point.

Bert was somewhere off on his own, probably keeping guard while the others rested. Ymir approaches him from behind and drops a canteen of water in his lap. They had stopped by a lake on their way here. ]

You haven't drinken anything since last night. [ There isn't much that gets past Ymir. ]

Sully groans against the concrete floor and snorts out a pained breath that scatters a little of the dirt and dust under his face. Christ on a crutch; his whole skull was vibrating with his pulse, an easy rival to his worst morning-after-a-whiskey-binge.]

Goddamn, [he breathes out. He really doesn't want to open his eyes but he does anyway. Doesn't move, but opens his eyes. The room is small and not huge on the light-supply, which he's thankful for in his current state. He's also thankful that the place seems to be devoid of anything human or humanoid... except for the girl.

So much for him keeping to himself. See what shit happens when a man sticks his nose in where it's not wanted? Sully is pretty sure that he'd been hit upside the head with just a gun, but it feels like they used a freakin' two by four.

He is not cut out for this hero shit, but what's a guy supposed to do when there's a bunch of grown-ass men coming down on a little girl?]

Sit back and watch, I guess.
